Knuckies in Roswell is amazing!! Fresh, fast and always delicious. I ordered online- it was a great experience. Don’t miss out while you are shopping near Target. 🎯

Store was empty, but dirty. The sandwiches we took home were disappointing. For the money we paid , so small. Very little steak on the cheesesteak. I ordered chicken salad, regular hoagie, almost no lettuce tomato and onion on sandwich. Very little chicken salad.

I don’t recommend this hoagie shop. Puctures in menu look good, but actual sandwiches are nothing like advertising.

I have made hoagies in PA for 25 years and I wouldn’t serve this food.

No one has contacted me to rectify the situation either.

Managers should do this. Very unfriendly people

I have to be honest. This place makes a pretty bad sub. Bread is too thick and dense. I ordered a heated sub and it was cold. Didn’t even have all the right ingredients. The quality of food seems very poor.

My husband just picked up subs for the first time. This is my sandwich. It's soaking wet and the lettuce is BROWN. The edges of the cheese are hardened (he placed the order 15m ago- there is no way this was made fresh). I called & they kept insisting that all ingredients were fresh. They offered to remake bur I'm now very doubtful about this food.

We went for dinner with our crazy almost 2 year old and Sophia took our order. She was so kind and patient with us and was very personable with great customer service. Her and Owen made our food and it was really great. My salad was fantastic and she made sure the lettuce was fresh prior to me ordering it! Overall we enjoyed our experience here.

Stopped in for lunch and spent $20 on a soaking wet sandwich. The meat was balled up on the bread and the avocado somehow came on top of the top bun of the sandwich. I nearly had to deconstruct and reconstruct my sandwich simply so I could eat it. Tasted fine once I cleaned it up but for $20 I’d rather go anywhere else.

The sandwiches were minimally provisioned and kinda gross. seems like any amount of effort would improve the sandwiches.

“Authentic Cuban Sandwich” The shaved pork as stated on the menu was replaced with turkey? Really? My wife’s veggie sandwich had dark brown avacado… This place was decent when they first opened, now it’s horrible.

Ordered a pickup & my order is kinda wrong. Got the wrong chips, sandwich is barely “warmed” & got no ice in my soda. I’d rather pour my own soda than someone else. The one at Roswell corners is so much better

The last Philly we ordered from here had super thick meat that was extremely difficult to bite through. Normally a phenomenal Philly was exceptionally disappointing especially at this price point.

I'll be honest, even with the discount from a Local Flavor voucher, Publix makes a much better hoagie/sub at a much better price point. The bread is too soft and reminds me of a refrigerated, half cooked loaf. There's nothing special about the coleslaw. For a supposedly "warmed" sub, the pastrami & Swiss filling were room temperature. The staff was cordial, and they kept themselves occupied throughout the duration of our visit, so it's not like they were being lazy. They could probably benefit from some instruction on how to properly make a sandwich, however. The dining area is pretty clean, albeit an odd layout, with front and rear entries. The bathrooms could benefit from a little more attention. While their hoagies may make the cut for some, there's a lot to be desired.
