The soups are outstanding, with cool weather sneaking in the evenings, nothing better than a Pot Soup...

Lack of basic attention, no up front pricing, last items on the order where not brought to the table, no receipt provided, no itemized summary!

Mark was our server who is the most arrogant and rude and started calling us things while eating, we requested manager immediately. Mark saw manager walking and immediately approached him giving his side of story and how we were burning everything. Mao who is a manager comes and starts teaching us how to use grill (mind you they never changed our plate and we had zero issues with burning) also doesn’t listen and keeps pushing his idea on how to use the grill. We explained that we used grill our whole lives and we have been to this specific location at least 10 times and were very knowledgeable on how to use grill. Mark kept putting it on setting 1, while I was trying to keep it between 2 and 3 (out of 4) when we had a large steak. This location was excellent when they had just opened (we were here on opening day) and service has just gone down the hill since! We hope management takes things more serious, but we know that they lost us as customers forever! Shame on you Mark and Mao! Those 1 star reviews you started to get are for a reason and we hope you learn to listen to your customers!

I’ve worked at a kbbq establishment before so I know that it does not take a very long time to set up another table with the grill and the set up. We wanted another to sit at another table away from the restrooms and the back kitchen area. The girl in the front with the blonde & blue hair on her ends and glasses said that it would be a very very long wait for the other table. Seriously if you’re that lazy to set it up then close the whole restaurant down at this point.

The food was amazing, as always. Everything is so fresh and delivered quickly. Mark was my server today…ask for him if you can. He is the perfect balance of attentive and let you have your space. He was so good that I asked for the GM to give him a compliment!!

Note: I also got alcohol…that bumped up my price point.

The girl at the front was very full. No decent customer service. Got a to go order. Got home and the beef was dry it was like leather. Called to inform the manager who asked what did I mean by the meat was dry. Ok!!
He suggested I bring it Bach so that they could prepare another one otherwise there’s nothing they can do. SAD! Look at the meat. It even looks dry so imagine the taste
Won’t be going back there.

Follow up after the company responded to my review.
I think it quite strange that there’s a hope that I would give this restaurant another chance. I called immediately upon arriving home and shared with who the person answering the phone passed me onto “The Manager”! He made it clear that nothing could be done if I wasn’t willing to bring the food back and have them remake it. I told him I would be leaving an honest review which would not be positive. He said ok. ✅

Lol who in the US of A brings food back to be remade. No thank you. It’s a known fact that ppl will do nasty things to food if they’re the low life type. I’m not taking that risk.
Super sad.

Tonight October 12 2025 our waiter was the worst i have ever experienced at Kbbq at any restaurant. The food was good but the waiter was terrible. I will not name the waiter because I am hoping they were just having a bad day. I will not be coming back because of the service. We were told after we ordered that we cannot order a lot at a time because they will charge us additional, we ordered 4 types of meat. We ordered rice and it took like 20 minutes for rice to come to our table. We asked to switch the grill because we had meat that was marinated and the waiter then told us please use the butter at the table so it doesn’t stick- when marinate has sugar it burns on the grill, adding butter to it does not change that- I did not want my next meat to taste burnt. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am not usually a person that complains or even leaves reviews but please train your staff about why someone would want to switch the grill and how not to expect that because someone orders 4 meats they will over order and not eat it.

Outstanding. Not super chaotic, can go at your own pace with the iPad ordering, and service is incredibly attentive. Schezuan Spicy soup base and spicy pork belly for the KBBQ were my favorites. I could eat pounds of that stuff. Great drinks too!

First I’m gonna preface with, yes, I shouldn’t expect a lot as a GF customer going into an Asian restaurant, but I did not expect paying $30 for what they call the “gluten free” soup base when in actuality, was a pot of hot water.
I truly thought it was a joke. Their assumption was that I’d add GF soy sauce (tamari) and other things into this and be okay with it (my GF constrictions are not due to cross-contamination). If I hadn’t asked, I wouldn’t have known that and had just assumed they thought that this was satisfactory. It still isn’t regardless. Even The friends that recommended this place said their soup base wasn’t as good compared to when they tried it before.
When I asked about if there was any soy sauce in the other soups, we eventually got to the conclusion that they use powder soup and not make it from scratch which lands them another strike. I gave them 3 stars for service because they at least double and triple checked for me. At the same time, I still paid the same as my friends who got real soup.
This and the tamari were the only GF labeled items in that restaurant. If you don’t offer a GF soup, don’t bother putting it on the menu, especially if your plan is to serve WATER.
I don’t want to be GF but it (gluten) makes me feel crappy so I try to make the most of it. If I wanted to make my own soup, I wouldn’t stayed home, not gone into a restaurant finding myself completely aghast.

Staff were very attentive to the table. Not once had to intentionally look for them to get more drink filled up. Since this is a AYCE restaurant, they had two hour limit per table. However, the way they delivered food to the table was quick and wasn't wasting any seconds. Quality vegetables, good mushroom selection, decent quality meat, and broth was also good.
