went first time for dinner and was really good, a nice experience. But went a second time for lunch and was really disappointing. Most of the beef cuts were not available since they only serve them with the dinner. Normally, restaurants have a cheaper menu for lunch because fewer people go, but in this case it's cheaper because you can't order half of the food. This is something that should be clearly specified beforehand. I’m not coming back for lunch, it’s not worth it.

They were trying to overcharge us and the food wasn't all that great. We were told that getting the barbecue and the hot pot was 35.00 plus a drink (nonalcoholic). Atthe end of the night my bill was over $60

The servers were wonderful! The variety in the food and possibilities for creation with all the sauces, etc was hard to compare. Have a birthday there is a fantastic experience

This is not Korean food at all! All of them taste fake Chinese food pretending like Korean. I can’t believe they said it is Korean restaurant. I’m telling you. Their foods nothing tastes like Korean at all! It’s nasty and gross. You will regret it. And people who think it is Korean food, please do not trust!

Mark is super awesome! He has great service and super polite. He had me & my family cracking up he is hilarious!! The food was awesome! Definitely will be coming back ask for Mark!

The food is good. Some of the waiters beg for tips and I am not feeling that. Tonight Kayla stated that we did not give her a tip last time we were there. That was rude and weird, like girl let us decide if we would like to tip or not 😐

Been here a couple times. Unfortunately, last nights experience was very disappointing. Our server was a blonde woman with glasses who repeatedly forgot multiple items as well as bringing our food to the wrong table. My last item I ordered was the steak which was very clear she forgot to ring in. She passed by multiples times not acknowledging the steak was not at the table. Awhile goes by and she comes to our table and asked if we wanted any other meats before turning off the grill, where I replied “Oh you can cancel my steak” She replied with a very short and rude “Okay.” and turned off the grill. We also had a coupon for $30 off and they showed the 20% tip as the pre-discounted price. Not the best experience for showing my friends who were there for the first time and customer service can definitely be worked on.

david was my server tonight and he did great! i actually had him at olive garden about a year ago and it great as always, even though i don’t think he remembered me lol. great food, great restaurant. david if you’re reading this i’ve left my number twice for you btw hahahaha I’m the blonde who was wearing the blue dress 10/27

I came in with my family last week and the overall experience was alright. Our server Mark was really helpful and was really talkative, we got help from a couple other servers for small stuff like refills just because it was so busy but everyone was great. If it was this just experience it would’ve been a 5, but the host at the front with the blue hair really put a damper on the experience. We originally wanted to do just k barbecue , which she wrote down, but then changed our minds the do k barbecue and hotpot and she gave us attitude for changing our minds. Lo and behold, it’s the same menu so I don’t know what her problem was with that considering she’s just at the host stand. She also was pretty unfriendly at the front and just talked to a random server who walked past while we were waiting for her to acknowledge us. Then at the end when we left she didn’t smile or anything when we said goodbye, just ignored us again. If it wasn’t for this we would come back but we will just continue going to the Cumberland location. Food was good, cooked it myself, definitely recommend the short ribs

For the bbq this is not as good as Iron Age imo. Nothing was seasoned so everything was prey bland. There is a bar that comes with it but nothing was all that good. Our grill plate got pretty caked up by the end and they don't bring you fresh ones so by the end you're cooking on a messy grill plate.
You also have to order everything on an ipad which was kinda annoying. Not really sure what you're tripping for except refills and them bringing you the meat.

Not the best pot I have had but great idea to combine Korean bbq and hot pot. It is very affordable. I wish they would have more side options but all in all worth trying.

Mark was our server who is the most arrogant and rude and started calling us things while eating, we requested manager immediately. Mark saw manager walking and immediately approached him giving his side of story and how we were burning everything. Mao who is a manager comes and starts teaching us how to use grill (mind you they never changed our plate and we had zero issues with burning) also doesn’t listen and keeps pushing his idea on how to use the grill. We explained that we used grill our whole lives and we have been to this specific location at least 10 times and were very knowledgeable on how to use grill. Mark kept putting it on setting 1, while I was trying to keep it between 2 and 3 (out of 4) when we had a large steak. This location was excellent when they had just opened (we were here on opening day) and service has just gone down the hill since! We hope management takes things more serious, but we know that they lost us as customers forever! Shame on you Mark and Mao! Those 1 star reviews you started to get are for a reason and we hope you learn to listen to your customers!

I’ve worked at a kbbq establishment before so I know that it does not take a very long time to set up another table with the grill and the set up. We wanted another to sit at another table away from the restrooms and the back kitchen area. The girl in the front with the blonde & blue hair on her ends and glasses said that it would be a very very long wait for the other table. Seriously if you’re that lazy to set it up then close the whole restaurant down at this point.
