Even though the line was long over Thanksgiving weekend, Adila was in control while other service staff was near tears. It's a shame that the counter staff are making the beverages, boxing donuts and running the register. She made it as pleasant as possible and kept up her professionalism while helping and thanking customers for their patience. I purchased a dozen hot glazed and one filled donut. As always, the glazed can be eaten by the box! Delicious! Thanks Adila!

If I could give 6 Stars for service, this location would deserve it. My son and I loved seeing the fresh donuts being made live in the kitchen through the window, and Adila (behind the counter) was so positive, kind, and friendly to everyone who walked through the doors. She truly took pride in giving everyone amazing service, and it helped make our night- as fresh made donuts were a good cap to our evening! Next time I'm buying the cool retro coffee mug souvenir.

I stopped at the Cobb Pkwy KK Friday night Nov. 14th and was helped by the sweetest lady named Adila. She was running the entire front by herself, helping customers and doing the check out. She was so polite and kept apologizing to the people in line for having to wait. Several of us commented to her that she was doing a great job! She is definitely an asset to that business! Great Job Adila!
