Great courteous friendly staff... They are always willing to assist you with finding something your looking for. The butcher shop team is fantastic always great cuts of meat. The meat dept is great
This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever visited, and I always regret coming here. The produce is consistently terrible, there are many expired items, the selection is poor, and I always have to bag my own groceries. Just a poor shopping experience all around. I would rather pay more at the Publix down the street than shop here again.
Your POS phone system hung up on me 7x in a row
Love the this location, much bigger than my local store to home. Will laid out and properly stocked, customer experience is high on their list!
The store is fine. The self checkout attendant was extremely rude.
Staff are really nice
The closing ladies are extremely rude. Witnessed them being rude to a mom who needed medicine for a sick child right before close. They are always sighing and making rude comments. Tina is the only nice employee at night.
The friendliest Kroger I have ever shopped in. Great people, welcoming most all greet you with a smile, particularly the deli ladies like Jenna an Mizifere. Only drawback: Dang displays crowding the aisles. Ridiculous.
I had the worst experience with Julia/Julie (her name tag was half way covered) at the customer service desk on 02/09 around 1pm.
I went to submit a payment but she quickly turn me away and said,”we do not accept any barcode to scan and that we need an actual statement.” I explained that I was just there a week ago and another older lady helped me and she scanned the barcode and all the details came up! Julie/Julia repeated again and I ask to speak with another manager and she said she was the front manger here and that I must be the one that is confuse because this Kroger does not take in barcodes to scan.
Other customer started to give their opinion and because I didn’t want to make a scene I left. This is the worst customer experience I ever confronted and she was not gonna help me or even try to. She could have simply say I don’t know let me call someone else to help me.
Lived nearby and visited more 100 times. Today I almost ousted by a staff whose name begins with letter A.
At checkout my family member wanted to use his UCard, she tried once and didn't work. Then she claimed that we cannot use the card in a very rude attitude. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and she claimed that she was the current supervisor in store.
What's even more outrageous is that when I turned to another staff for help, she simply told the staff not to help me with a disdainful eyesight, which means that "don't further scramble, just get out of the store".

I hate that they have like 12 self checkout machines but only open 6!!!
I am done with this Kroger. I have been going here since we moved to the area about 6 years ago, but today was the final straw. Even though this store is farther away than the Johnson Ferry/Shallowford location by our house; I really liked this location. Over the past year or so, the employees have gotten more rude, checkout lines don’t open and constantly buy products off the shelf that are expired. Now, I don’t mind using self checkout when I have even 10 or so items, but when I come and do my weekly Sunday shopping and I’m spending over $200 with a cart full of stuff, I tend to get a little pissy and then have employees who throw an attitude to come over and clear the scanner because the self checkout is too slow for how fast I can check out. Also, with the price of everything being sky high; I shouldn’t have to check every single item to make sure it’s not expired. Today I bought a pizza dough mix and didn’t check the date until I was home getting ready to make the dough and it had expired January 2023! WTH!
Better store here than at Johnson Ferry and Shallowford
Best time to go is evening. They are very rude during the day. Either they are stalking your entire shopping experience or ignoring you when you actually need assistance. Not once have I gone during the day and had a positive experience. The AM staff is in desperate need of training on bias. If you are at self checkout and call for an attendant she’ll ignore you and keep cleaning while the light blinks at your station. No problem because now she can also put my groceries away. :)
Update: this place continues to be raggedy, with raggedy associates that are still selective about the quality of service they give based on features they themselves do not possess.
Starts with a c but rhymes with soon. Go figure.
Go to literally any other Kroger but this one. Staff is better and they actually have items in stock because they aren’t busy boot licking people that actually laugh about them as they leave the store.
I had a great experience this morning. I needed customer service for something and when I went in there was a sign at the desk apologizing for being closed. I approached Alyssa (I hope I spelled it correctly and if not TPTB know who she is anyway) at self check out and asked if it was going to be closed all day. She asked me what I needed help with and I explained what my need was. She approached Ellen, who was bagging groceries for a customer, she explained what I needed and when Ellen was finished she came over to help. I can't tell you what that meant to me. My family and I started shopping there almost 20 years ago. I've only ever had one bad experience there and that speaks volumes considering one of us is there a few days a week. So, THANK YOU to those two amazing ladies for helping a very stressful day be a little better.
