Store used to be top notch, but has gone downhill in the last year. Produce section is empty unless you go in the morning. Doesn't seem so hard yo get someone to stock produce mid day- and especially by 5:00 because those of us who work all day like to be able to buy produce after 5pm - and not just have empty shelves. Taking my business to a different Kroger in weeknights because of this. Further and out of my way, but atleast I can get produce.

Store management issues. An item was priced incorrectly today at checkout and the manager said there are hundreds of items throughout the store that are priced incorrectly and it's up to the customer to make sure the items barcode matches the barcode where it is stocked. The manager said it's not his job to quality check stocked items and refused to fix the issue. Well done sir, well done!

I like Kroger because the prices are generally lower than their competitors. This particular location seems to be friendlier and better stocked than others around. The atmosphere is really nice and like I said the people there are friendly and a lot of them have been there for the whole time I've been shopping there which is about 15 years now.

I was in the area last week and needed to do some grocery shopping before I went home. This Kroger is in a popular shopping center, and it shares a large and free parking lot with a lot of neighboring businesses. This Kroger is large and it has great varieties of stocked items. I thought the produce area didn't have the freshest fruits and vegetables. I like to buy bananas when they're still a little green, but the bananas I saw were already ripe and had many bruises. I looked through the selection of cucumbers, but none of them were firm to the touch, meaning that they were more than ready to eat and had to be eaten soon. I didn't buy any bananas or cucumbers. The Gala apples that I picked through had some soft spots, so I passed on those too. The cheese department was very well stocked, but I didn't need any cheese. I wasn't too thrilled with the meat department. A lot of the meats were frozen, too expensive, or just didn't look fresh. There was a very helpful employee walking through the meat department, and she assisted three different customers while I was browsing in that area. I ended up buying a container of 18 eggs and two cans of whipped cream because I they were being sold for what I considered decent prices. So much for my grocery shopping ... oh well.

Produce is usually not good but staff is very nice here! I have always had a good experience here and I know some staff by name!

The worst customer service EVER! I have shopped here for 33 years, and I will NEVER enter Kroger again. I went in this morning to return a $5 item which was sour, and it started with a snotty "what do you want?" Attitude, attitude, attitude. At the end I asked her why she was mad, and she blamed me. Clearly she has no future in customer service with her "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG " snotty attitude. GOODBYE KROGER....

Pure Knead is so good! I am a Celiac and my husband is Gluten Free. The bread is perfect toasted. I love being able to have French Toast again!

This company provides the only completely allergen free bread we can get. It is at our Kroger stores in Newnan, GA. Too many other brands have eggs or one other ingredient we have to avoid.

For the last five months from August 2019 to December 2019 I've been coming to this Market....it was probably around the 4 week visiting this store a Manager kept staring at me and did not say anything just watched me...I paid no mind to it until one day days or weeks later I walked in this market and browsed the bread self serve counter that had just finished renovation, decided to buy an Italian loaf, they provided a Bread Slicing machine that I thought was pretty cool....the machine did not want to cooperate so I needed to ask an attendant who helped me out. To my dismay this man/manager was 100 ft. away staring at me and I started realizing this was the same man who has been continuing to stare at me and follow me around the store or have other managers watch me. And even had managers watching me from above! I thought to my self what does he think I'm going to do that day break the Bread Machine or what?! I'm no dummy I can tell what's going on and I feel the vibes.. This has been very frustrating...my visits are mostly for a quick stop to buy foods and leave.... Every time I've gone in this market so far to date as of December 2019 I feel this man whose name is MR. MCKINDLEY has an obsession and is profiling me.. I've had to ask a self serve check out attendant who this man is because I was getting very frustrated with being followed and stared at as if I am a criminal, thief, or thug! I'm also feeling set-up by this guy MCKINDLEY who thinks what....I don't know! I say this....this is your store your house, you are the host, you are there to provide good products and good GOD DAMN customer service. Not follow me around looking at me like I am a thief and not saying anything. If you've noticed Mr. McKindley I spend money lots of it and if you were to look at my Kroger card you will find that I've spent lots of money at other Kroger's....whats the problem?! Who are you some kind of racist what are you some kind of bully? Are you trying to figure out what you can get away with how you want to bully me? Your house means YOU ARE TO BE A GOOD HOST....you should be the one saying hello how are you doing can I help you with anything can I help you find anything? Thats your job! You should not be making me feel uncomfortable because of some object that may be stuck between your ass...get it together and stop setting me up and stop being the short, fat, narrow minded, creep you are being, and TRY TO BE THE HOSPITABLE MANAGER YOUR ARE SUPPOSED TO BE! I hope you are being fair with your employees? You might be a sneaky SOB the way you're treating me! Christ! what's wrong with you MR. MCKINDLEY?!

About a month ago my usual brand of gluten-free bread was out. That's when I noticed PureKnead. It's so good that I've been buying it ever since. Really good. Thanks for such a yummy GF bread.

I just discovered your bread because my usual brand was out and wow. It’s delicious. I can enjoy bread which is a huge thing. Thank you

Great wine selection. Although the Apple maps says this location accepts Apple Pay, they do not. I really wish they would. Also, the bakery could use some expansion.

Despite the remodel this location needs a ton of work. The staff struggled to be friendly, the produce is often close to spoiling and the store as a whole just doesn't seem clean. I really don't like shopping here because they don't have enough cashiers and when you have a ton of groceries to check out and a child with you .. it's just not ideal to juggle all of that. I tried their pick up service and it was a disaster. The gave me a spoiled watermelon, thick cut (despite my thin request) deli meats and close to expiring milk. They are conveniently located so they have that going for them.

This is a great Kroger! I like how they encourage recycling. They seemed to be fully stocked and very organized, even while remodeling. Usually stores are a wreck when they are remodeling, but this is not the case here. They have a wide variety of soft drinks. The employees are very friendly, and I recommend bringing your own reusable shopping bags. Overall, this is a great Kroger location.

The best BBQ baby back ribs in the Atlanta area can be found at this Kroger. Chef Earl has been making ribs for years on the spring and summer holiday weekends. They are now available at the store on a regular basis. No better ribs can be found!! Kudos to Chef Earl.
