Can we get the correct price? This location seems to have a problem with having the correct price at the register. Several times I have gone in here and the prices on the shelf didn't match the prices at the register. One time, they tried to overcharge me my $14.00 on two items that were on special. Then, they didn't add up another item at all. After going back and forth several times on the prices and showing them a picture of the correct price, I walked out.

awful customer service. someone should tell 'Dave' in the produce department to take a class on being a decent human being. Told me 'I don't know' and walked away when I asked a question about a price on Avocados. He was also yelling at fellow employees. So sad to see that the managers do nothing but socialize with him instead of seeing the real issue. do better. ensure your employees aren't getting treated like trash.

Clean store, good variety of products at decent prices and friendly cashiers. They had more items in stock at better prices than their competitors

I ordered grocery pick up online and the process is pretty smooth. I did have to wait 10 minutes but other than that the person who brought out my groceries was pleasant and loaded my trunk with the groceries. Can definitely say grocery pick up in a huge convenience and for no extra fees.

Loosing a star for new fake bread counter. How can a bread counter be fake? You ask? Bread that is not fresh, often frozen, and transported from somewhere else. Feel the bread. The dense consistency and non crispy crust. I've given this feedback for four years. If you want fresh bread in the area Publix or, now, Costco. Love the new seasonal area. It's really opened out the right side of the store. Bakery. Loose some tables. You look like a house that inherited furniture from relatives and never threw any of it away. This is my closest food store. Some might say I have no choice but to shop here. Let's say, I drive farther, more and more often.

I will consistently search out Kroger's every place we go and this one is no exception to the rule when I visit my friends up in Marietta. We always swing through this Kroger, which is conveniently located on Dallas Highway to scoop up snacks and beer. Service wises we have never had an issue. I have never done a full round of shopping in this store, but on the several occasions I have stopped by the cashiers and floor staff seem to be friendly and helpful when needed. I live by the South Cobb Kroger and one thing that I will say is that this location does seem to be well stocked in comparison. There are a lot less empty shelfs and slots at this location, so I guess if I ever get in a pinch I could make the trek here to scoop up all my groceries. This Kroger also features the gas station, which is great as well as I only get my gas from Kroger spots now...even though I only save that 3 cents, it is still a savings! Overall, this is a solid Kroger that I have no issues with and will certainly be back to when needed!

There was a display for flawless body hair remover showing 19.99 for all products. I picked up two of them thinking that I was getting a great deal but to my dismay only one of the same product was marked down to 19.99 and the other was $35 with a. small discount. I asked one of the cashier's.and she told me that only one was for 19.99...now how is this possible? not only was that false advertising on the display but the cashier and manager stood by that decision. I have never experienced this in my life. Kroger needs to get their act together and be consistent with their pricing. I am upset over this and will let my friends and family know to beware of the pricing at Kroger and to not shop there anymore.

If you want to go to a grocery store where the employees appreciate customers, keep moving. There are many options to get your groceries but no need to subject yourself to employees with so much apathy towards its customer base.

This is one of the cleanest Kroger stores I have actually taken notice of in a long time. I guess because every thing seemed to sparkle. The floor shined; the glass shined...every thing! Maybe it was the lighting. The only thing that was a little annoying was the parking lot due to not that many shared spaces with all that's happening in nearby stores. Well, there was one more thing that kinda got on my nerves too...it was the organization of the food sections. You have a few refrigerated items near the bakery that were non bakery items, but then another area with more refrigerated items, but you had to go back to the first section of refrigerated items if you needed some vegan products, but then there was yet another section of refrigerated non dairy milk, but the non dairy yogurt was someplace else. What a cluster cluck! Since you manipulated my mind with this foolishness...Your score is one less than stellar award.

the store is very close to my house however I rarely go there because there are two other grocery stores that are much nicer that I would rather shop. this store is super old and needs a facelift desperately. All of the baskets are gross and crushed out and barely roll and the employees there are somewhat like zombies. I don't recommend going there at all if you can avoid it.
