The staff here are nice, but are way too slow. They do not refill or process prescriptions on the daily, moreso weekly. Save yourself a favor and go to the CVS nearby instead.

Stacy, over the counter was horrible . Awful customer service, very nasty and rude mouth. Would not recommend going to this pharmacy ever. Ended up switching and driving the extra 20 minutes. When I say disgusting , rude awful behavior from this lady, I’m amazed they would hire someone with such awful customer service.

Some of the cashier's at this pharmacy treat the customer as if you are a inconvenient and they're not willing to go the extra step to make your experience pleasant. Even down to the pharmacist! You are there to do a job if you don't want to be bothered by assisting the customer maybe this is not the job for you.

I use to like coming here but the girl with the braids/gold decor in her hair has the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. Incompetent also “well your script is at another store” … (silence) like OK DO I LOOK LIKE IM THERE ? Transfer it!! she just stands there, doesn’t speak so you have to tell her yea transfer it idk what’s so hard ? Kroger pharmacy customer service always ends up being the worst. I stopped going to Floyd road because the dude had a bad attitude also. Pay for better customer service agents in your stores! The low pay equals low quality workers

Several months ago Kroger Installed something on the cart that stops you at the door. I used to go to Kroger every couple of days. Then the cart locked up 3 or 4 times in a two week period. An employee comes over and unlocks it. I'm in law enforcement and theft if not my way of life. Several of my neighbors have had the same issue. Now I go across the street to Publix's. (Even though the lines are longer). Come to think of it, maybe more than me are tired of issues and started going to Publix's. Before stores put anti theft devices on stuff they should make sure they actually work to deter theft and not hinder honest customers.

This Kroger store is one of best in the Atlanta area, a very large well-managed store, staffed with customer-service oriented employees. The gasoline service area is also large, no waiting like at other Kroger stores. The store is very clean and well-stocked. In general, employees are friendly and always willing to assist customers. In particular, Donnie at the store front end and Tenay in produce are two of the hardest working Kroger employees I have ever run across at Kroger stores. Both these ladies deserve the highest possible recognition for their superb customer service skills. The few times that I have found it necessary to speak with a manager, I have found them to be responsive and to project good attitudes toward customer concerns. This is a very well managed and staffed Kroger store, and it shows everywhere. The parking lot is clean, as well as the main entrance to the store. There are always plenty of clean shopping buggies on hand, and employees can be observed going around the lot collecting returned buggies and keeping the parking lot clean. The large size of the store allows for stocking a large variety of products, something customers always appreciate. This Kroger store is highly preferable to the nearby Publix, and it would seem customers agree, since there are always three times as many cars parked at this Kroger, versus the Publix across the street. Oh, and a bonus for me, there is a beauty supply store in the same shopping center that stocks every conceivable beauty item and has a huge selection of wigs. I am so vain, when it comes to girly stuff, so having the beauty store nearby is a plus for me.
