This particular day this young guy was there all by himself. I felt bad for him because he has not only take the order but also cooked food and then take your money. They should have let him close the store since he was the only one there. I remember back at the covid Aero how fast food joints were closed when they didn't have enough people to run the store

Why do y’all hire people that don’t wanna work. Waited at the drive-through for over 10 minutes, mind you there’s no one else at the restaurant waiting in line at the drive-through and the microphone was on the entire time as I could hear side conversations happening in the background, no one ever acknowledged me and I called the store as well and you can hear the phone ringing inside over the intercom from the employees headset. This was Sunday morning, timestamp: January 5th at 5:45 AM.

AT 7:20PM on 12/29, My family and I walked in to a dark lobby. A woman finally came out from hiding and rudely said ,What do yall want?" Her arms were waving around, and she was VERRRY RUDE AN DISRESPECTFUL! . I quickly responded by saying, " Nothing" and gathered my family and small children and left. She better be so grateful that I gave my life to Christ, because the old me would have blacked out on her! Save yourself the anger, and don't go there. They obviously don't want any customers.

The service was not there at all. A van was in front of us so we knew they were open. We went up to the drive though say at the menu screen for 10 minutes no one answered at all! We were looking on screen and talked about why to order and still no one. We said hello, are you there and are u gonna answer me. Still zero talking. So we just went up to the window waiting for the guy in the van to go, as soon as she got done with his order she dipped out. She hid somewhere around a corner knowing there was a customer right behind him. And also had her headset on the entire time.

Went through the drive through, ordered #1 (4 Krystals with cheese, fries, and a coke) and also two extra Krystals. They took forever to get the guy in front of me his food. Then she gave me the drink, it was Diet Coke. She swapped it out. Got the food. Started driving down the road and realized they didn’t give me the two extra Krystals. Too far to turn back, but frustrating to spend $14 and not get what you ordered. Burgers were lackluster, fries taste bland with no salt.
Great burgers. It was a nice memory from my young adult days. Bite sized hamburgers for a great late night snack.

I’ve always loved Krystal and have had a few bad experiences in my life but this location needs to be reported to the health department and needs to be shut down. This is most sorry establishment and disgusting food I’ve ever put in my mouth. The laziness in those ladies is by far the worst I’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant. They don't deserve to have a job much less working in customer service.

Stopped by at midnight, drive thru had great service and food was excellent!
