Stopped on a whim on a cold day for some chili. Got a couple of cheese Krystal’s too. “Burgers” were cold and soggy. Food was gross. Not a good whim.

I appreciate the invite to contact Krystal and I likely will. Is my favorite fast food by my experience at this location has far gone downhill. It took 10 minutes to get my order, which was a cheese Krystal and a spicy chik. While I was waiting I heard screams coming from the kitchen. There also was no soda or milk shakes available.

My son loves Krystal! He gets the 'Pick 5'... four cheese krystals with light onions and fries. The only thing I don't like about this location is that their 'Pick 5' is a higher price than other locations.

Sign said open but the door was locked. Had to use the drive through...COVID ended 2 years ago...the place is open till 10 and nothing states the dining room closes early. The people working inside were unfriendly. This location needs help... outside signs are broken ....the place looks rundown

Went there on four separate occasions. Three occasions - fantastic service, food outstanding. One time - food was good, but not as good as the other three. I will still recommend it. I understand that everyone occasionally will have a bad day.
Fries cold and unsalted, drink has so much ice that I only got 2 sips, staff are ghetto - price WAY too high for garbage food, go to McDonalds!

It was as expected. Ate at White Castle a few days before in New York. I wanted to do a comparison while it was still fresh in my mind. White Castle wins by a small margin.
