Sliders. Although I hadn't planned on doing an 8 - 2 split today, things came up and that's just how it works. I was on my way to a delivery in athens, georgia, when I saw a target store. I figured I would pull over there and park to take my two hour break rather than sitting in an hour and forty six minutes of traffic. After I parked, I noticed, I was sitting right in front of a krystal's restaurant. After doing a quick google menu search, i realized this is one of those slider restaurants. I don't really like sliders. But I've never eaten at a Krystals. So now i've got a reason to write another review. I ordered the number for combo, which is supposed to come with 5 krystals with cheese. Chili cheese fries. And a medium drink. When I ordered, I asked for tots instead of fries. I just figured they would throw the chili and cheese on top of my tots. Nope. Krystals sliders taste better than white castle. That's about the best I could say. I wasn't disappointed because I didn't have expectations going in. The meat itself was thin and had no flavor to it. All of the flavoring from these sliders comes from the onions, pickle and cheese. It's about 37°F outside this evening. And my steamed buns absorbed every bit of the cold weather on the short walk from krystals to my truck. I really do wish they'd put chili and cheese on my tots, but I guess i'm better off for not having chili on a night like this. The restaurant was clean and the employee were very friendly

My review is based on the drive-through experience ordering 5 sliders, (no cheese) a beverage, and tots.
The person taking the order was pleasant. Took a bit of time to receive the goods at the pickup window and being from NJ this place, to me, is similar to White Castle with their square burgers and delay-to-deliver. Unfortunately, Im confident I'll never return. The meal was a starch bomb with the 5 burger patties probably equaling 2 oz of 'beef', if that.
Overall, very costly for what you get. $13.77 out the door. Yes, it's fast food–fast to take your cash for a lesser product.

Store is routinely not open during posted hours. Not sure why they won't just update their hours. Phone number is also turned off so if you place in order on the app when they are supposed to be open, but they are not there is not much you can do. Seems like a common theme of late for this location from my experience and recent reviews. I think many people would be less upset if they would just be honest and tell us when they will actual be open to avoid the frustration. I like Krystal's but will avoid this location moving forward.

When this location is open, it not bad. Key word here is when they are open. They do not serve breakfast at this location anymore, so if you want breakfast, go somewhere else.

Really not one to complain and I don't think I have ever had a bad Krystal burger anywhere else but the food at this location was surprisingly just awful! Nasty yellow and brown onions on every single burger like the grill hadn't been cleaned in no telling how long, just tasted really weird and gross so we had to toss our bag not eating many of the Krystal burgers and didn't have time to deal with it any further needing to get back to a job. Also Shakes we're on the menu but we were told shakes weren't available at this location, no napkins in the bag and no receipt. We will skip this location whenever in the area.

Very satisfying experience they were quick and efficient and the food was hot when they delivered it to us
Pulled up at 9:15. Checked the website before I came and it said open until 10. When I got to the drive thru, the snotty girl working told me they weren’t taking orders now. I stated that everything says they are open until 10. She stated again “we’re NOT taking orders now!”
Wonder if management knows they aren’t doing what they are paid to do? Went to a competitor instead. Won’t ever try again.

i’m not sure why this location is still open. Every time I come by it takes a long time to get a simple order. Just tried going through the drive-through today on Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon and was told that there was gonna be a 15 minute wait before I even ordered. I was the only customer in the drive-through line and the inside is locked.

It's Krystal. Good burgers but service is always slow. Not to mention their burgers are way too expensive. 4 Krystal cheese burgers cost over $12.00 That is crazy.
