Kung Fu Tea

Went in this afternoon with my family and the cashier was very rude and unwelcoming like we were bothering her by just being there. Drinks were good but customers service was terrible would not be returning

Best boba I ever tasted. More worth it than sweet hut to be honest!

Was told I couldn’t get a different drink because I drank “half”. The drink was disgusting and sour and I tried to like it. Costumer service was rude and food was just microwaved from Costco. Will not be back.

Love this location! They make my taro with green tea!!!! The woman working is always so hard at work and just the friendliest. She remembers my drink which means I probably go too often but I always leave with a good drink and a friendly hello.

I placed an online order for pickup. My drink was ready in 3 minutes. Service was very quick, friendly, and accurate.

I got the Herbal Jelly Oat Wow. I’ve never had this drink with Oatmilk. But it’s actually pretty good. The brown sugar boba was really fresh and warm. And the amount of sweetness was just perfect. It wasn’t overpowering at all. I liked it and would definitely order it again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and would most definitely return.

Awful experience, I just walked in at 11:35 to be met with a disgusted face. The employee promptly turned around and walked to the back and closed the curtain. I was completely ignored. I enjoy the product but this interaction means I will never return. A simple acknowledgement would have meant everything. I am sorry I disturbed you during your open hours Kung Fu Tea. But dont worry, I won’t make that mistake again 👍🏽

Unfortunately this store did not live up to other Kung Fu tea stores we’ve been to. I ordered a black tea with boba. Should have been an easy black tea flavor with brown sugar pearls, but instead the tea has a weird floral soap like flavor. It tasted so off that I won’t be drinking it. What a waste of a drink. As a Taiwanese household we were hoping to find a spot we could frequent for our bubble tea needs, but we’ll have to keep looking.

Update: We threw out both of our drinks. Both drinks tasted like soap. It was a waste of money.

Great little spot, friend staff and boba was absolutely on point!

Hands down the best boba place I've been to! They have so many different flavor combinations including this one which is matcha and red bean slush. I also added mango popping boba which tastes like actual fresh mango! The common complaint I've seen in these reviews is the wait time during lunch hour since it's usually only one person, however mine was completed in ten minutes top while the shop was kinda busy. I will definitely be coming back!

Rude customer service!
had a horrible experience when our 5 yr old asked a question about a drink and the lady was acting up with him as if he should have known everything about those drinks!

Had the most intense food poisoning from here last night. usually I just buy the drinks but decided to try thier food items. The chicken fried rice sent me to the bathroom with violent bowel movements and vomiting...never again.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. It took 25 minutes to get a single boba tea because only one person was working. While the staff member was doing their best, it’s unacceptable for a business to be so understaffed during busy hours. I hope management addresses this issue to improve service efficiency in the future.
