Honestly the customer service is horrible I got an attitude the whole time i was there and the girl doing my order took about 15 minutes to come out with my order when it was something so simple 🤦🏽‍♀️

The ladies serving took almost 40 minutes to prepare 2 banana splits, 1 pork rinds and 1 flatbread ?.
A FEW YEARS AGO THE SERVICE AND TASTE WERE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE AREA.

THE SERVICE HERE IS TRASH. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE HERE AND FOR NO REASON. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET MAD.

Stay away from this place. Ask for receipt. A friend of mine is planning on taking matters.

Please stay away from this paleteria. There’s so many BETTER places than here, the workers are some bratty teens with attitude and are rude. The ice cream is good but the snarky workers are the main reason we avoid this spot today definitely did it I found a bug in my ice cream. We were sitting outside but this isn’t a bug that had flown onto my ice cream it was stuck hard to a piece of the ice cream. I explained the situation and the rude bratty girl was like “well what do you want me to do about it” I told her I’d like a refund keep in mind it was 2 scoops of ice cream and I wasn’t even done with the first scoop when I found the bug. She laughed and was very snarky saying why would she issue a refund for something that was being ate already. We ended up leaving, the owner just stared and didn’t offer assistance or anything. Literally the worst place we usually go to the one in Austell everyone there is friendly including the young girls that work there!
