They charged me 15% extra because I sat down for a few minutes to eat some of my takeout order WITHOUT DISCLOSING TO ME in advance! The portions were very small, and crumbly. Messy to eat. The food menu hardly had any prices on it. I had to ask for each item. But the alcohol menu was put on each table with prices. Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I disclosed that I was an Uber driver (8 years already)....did it not occur to them that I could recommend their restaurant? I speak Spanish!

OH MAN one word CHORRO/ DIARRHEA the fries were not the best but the wings were okay up until the next day. I got food poisoning and didn't eat anything the next day. Idk if it was the wings or the soggy fries. So if you're trynna go on a diet eat this you'll lose some weight for sure on that toilet! I woke up with a stomachache, headache y si que tenía una pinche PEDA, pedillo aquí y pedillo aya. No wonder there was only one table there when I picked up my wings y'all damn near killed all your customers with food poisoning.

Edited to add response to owner: Why on earth would you assume upon immediate arrival when we were there to join you for lunch, that we were not there to give you a chance? Do you truly believe I entered your establishment just trying to cause a problem? That is ridiculous. Four people arrived in three different vehicles to enjoy lunch. Your response sounds like you had already stereotyped my party upon our arrival. About the restroom: you only have one single occupant bathroom available in your dining room to guests & there were no other patrons in the establishment. The volume “medium” among multiple TVs is severely excessive within a hundred square feet. It was an immediate urgent request that was ignored to speed service over comfort. Absolutely no one in our party raised their voice to you in any manner, and as stated in my initial review we thanked you multiple times. For an appalling attitude. When we asked about the menu pricing the waitress scoffed, rolled her eyes and asked, “for what?” When NINETY PERCENT OF YOUR MENU DOES NOT HAVE PRICING FOR! We were planning on ordering much more than a single item, but asking the individual cost of each entree surely would’ve irritated the woman entrusted with handling our food. Not to mention the personal attack we would’ve surely been subjected to for asking the prices of four entrees, we must be broke right? You are entitled to your opinion just as much as I am, but your absolute disregard for your customer’s perspective and experience (as routinely characterized by this owners online presence) will come back to haunt you. Your response here exemplifies your unwillingness to receive feedback or improveInitial review: Wow what a remarkably TERRIBLE experience. My party decided to try La Peda for lunch today as it is very close in distance and draws a good crowd of business on their patio most evenings.Upon entering the building, the volume of the televisions was practically unbearable. Additionally, while being the only patrons in the building, the bathroom was occupied for several minutes. Upon being greeted by a server we requested the volume to be turned down. She immediately asked us for our drink orders which we provided, and she began to prepare them. We asked again if the volume could be lower and she obliged. As we perused the menu, our party was a bit confused over their menu and pricing. The only food items on the menu with a set price (to my short visit’s memory) were the fried rice varieties and some seafood options. This left a majority of the menu with no prices reflected. When a member of my party inquired about the pricing on the menu, he was met with a lot of hostility and aggression. Prices for what? THE WHOLE MENU? Literally like what? We expressed it was our first time eating there and she responded by saying the prices change so they don’t print it on the menu. While I understand the cost of food is variable, to charge an unlisted “market price” for burgers, French fries, onion rings, etc. is absurdity. Having a waitress who doesn’t have todays prices ready to go to answer and meets you with hostility? Having “fluctuating prices or subjective/deceptive pricing” ? Nahh.Adding an additional mandatory fifteen percent gratuity for dine in- regardless of how many guests are in your party? Absolutely a joke. I cannot fathom patronizing a restaurant in which the cost of my meal and beverages are a mystery with a bonus 15% mystery number? For a party of four?It took us less than five minutes to apologize for interrupting whatever was on tv and leave this establishment with zero intention of ever returning or recommending. The waitress was completely unbothered to have the only guests in the building leave, so she wasn’t pressed for our 15%. No apologies on their end. This restaurant deserves to be publicly ACTIVELY AVOIDED for providing this type of experience as well as replying to customer’s very valid reviews and feedback here on google & replying with hateful snarky remarks. People like this do not deserve to be in business.
