The guy working around 11-12 on Monday 2/4 did a great job. He was by himself, relatively busy while I was there, and had great customer service. I mean the food is little ceasers so he didn't have much to work with to start but I thought he deserved a shout out. Thank you for the help

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and crazy bread. That's what I usually order or Italian cheese bread and sometimes the Detroit style pizza since I'm from Detroit. I recommend those 4 items. My food always fresh and hot.
Go ahead and shut this one down. It's never fully staffed or hot and ready. It's take at least 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged when you enter and another 15minutes or longer to receive the order if it was placed in the store. It does not appear open from the outside. Two customers literally walked in and back out because all the employees remained in the back and never acknowledg them.

Nothing here is EVER "Hot-N-Ready". Be prepared to wait at least 5 or 10 minutes to just place an order, and another 20+ minutes for it to be ready.The only lady I ever see working there is super nice. It's too bad she's always there by herself trying to do everything.
Waited inside for 5 minutes, no one ever came out from the back to greet me or take my order.

After placing my order online, I went inside to pick up pizza. I asked to add sauce. He told me it was a up charge. I swiped my car three times. They stated that Bank of America don’t work for this area. I stated well I would like a refund he said get it over the app. He then states Not his fault that we use Apple Pay and paid over the app. Highly disrespectful he’s supposed to be the manager being disrespectful over $1.30 the lowest of ratchet establishments do not care for the customers do not eat here.

Just had to throw an entire order of crazy bread away as soon as I got home... they had so much butter/oil on them that they were not edible. Even after using a paper towel to wipe some off. The butter/oil mixture was all over the paper it came wrapped in , in clumps. The pizza also had so many bubbles in the dough that only about half the pizza had cheese. I unfortunately could not talk to them directly because their phone does not work (this is what the worker in the store stated after I told them i tried to call to place my order) . This all after waiting for over 25 minutes for the order to be ready.
