Been over an hour since I placed an order on the app. Arrived at the store just after the estimated time but no pizza. Fine they are busy. Multiple walk in orders served but still waiting. Asked about my order or how to cancel it. Only got “I don’t know”. Unacceptable service.
Store is about to close and still no update on my order. Leaving now angry, hungry and with a charge on my credit card. Why use the app?
THE LITTLE CEASARS ON AUSTELL RD/COUNTY SERVICES ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! MAURICE THE GENERAL MANAGER & THEY PARTNERED UP WITH DOORDASH FOR DELIVERIES. THEY LET ANYBODY WHO SAYS THEY'RE DOING DOORDASH GRAB THE PIZZAS! I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD OR MONEY BACK.
Get rid of or don't require use of that silly pizza vault. If you are going to be an auto-mat, be an auto-mat. Just remember those things have pretty much died out.
