Small lobby but the gentleman that work there are a good team.. clearly since this place gets so busy and the food comes out in a timely manner and looks good and tastes better.. I had an issue one time with receiving the wrong pizza and they got me right as soon as I came back .. it probably helped I had a big ol pregnant belly? at the time

As someone who spent ten years in the Army as a food inspector and currently works as a Chef de Partie for private corporate accounts, I understand work can get hectic. It’s still no excuse for poor customer service. When I called to order a pizza for pickup, I simply wanted a pepperoni and sausage stuff crust pizza. I had to repeat myself multiple times before then female employee passed the phone to another male employee. When I questioned to make sure he actually got my order right as any logical person would, he quipped “Do you want me to put the order in or not.”, in a very rude tone. How could I expect their pizza to taste good when their service is nasty? I’m never calling or ordering from this location again. I normally go to the location a little further down in Powder Springs Rd. I implore everyone to go there instead. Their service is always consistent despite pretty decent customer volume and it’s that way for a reason. It’s because this location that’s on Austell Rd SUCKS.
