When I arrived to the Delk Road location in Marietta, GA, my crazy puffs & pretzel pizza were burned. The rest of my order was fine, but I asked them to remake the crazy puffs because I was dissatisfied and although the pretzel pizza was burned, it wasn’t as bad as the crazy puffs. I was told that they would not remake the crazy puffs, and so I requested a refund for those two items. I was told that they would not refund me for part of the order and that I would need to either take the burned items or get refunded the entire order. I opted to just have my entire order refunded because the staff was very unprofessional and I was unhappy with the service and the look of my order. In my opinion as a customer, that was very foolish to refund the entire order as opposed to simply remaking two small items. I’ve been to a different location in the past and when they burned my crazy puffs and pizza I requested that they remake it and was given new items that were made properly. Customer service at the Delk Road location is very poor. I will never return to that location, despite it being in closer proximity to my home, making it more convenient for me. I would rather travel to a different Little Caesars than go back to this location.

The lady with red hair that's work is so rude and disrespectful she gave me the wrong dipping sauce I told her I didnt order this she got aggressive and exclaimed that they had no more of the sauce I ordered so I asked for a refund and she told me if I wanted a refund I would have to cancel the entire order just for my sauce and then proceed to continue to make me wait while she got more aggressive and eventually told me she couldn't do anything for me now being out of a dipping sauce is one thing sure I get that but the aggressive additude she gave was completely unacceptable behavior will not be coming back

Messed up my order, made it, technically completing the order.
It took a good amount of time to be completed, I didn't feel there was much if any effort to make my waiting a bit less annoying.
Pizza ended up on the lesser side of little Caesars I've had. (Not as good)
I give it a 3*, I won't return but I won't fault them anymore than that.

By far the worst experience of my life. I ordered a deep dish combo meal and they gave me this. When I asked the front light skin female worker she told me that’s how the pepperoni deep dish pizza is now. Keep in mind I ordered the exact same combo a few days ago and did not look like this. I took a piece to try to make sure if it did taste like a deep dish and it did not.

There were a bunch of teenagers working the store that night with no supervisor or manager there. I asked for the manager and the young lady said, she wasn't there and would be there until Tuesday or Wednesday. They were not friendly and showed no customer service skills. The young lady told me 10 minutes so I waited in the car. Once I came back into the store the door bell rang to notify the workers that someone had walked into the store. Nobody came up to the counter until I finally spoke up and asked could I get some help after standing their for a couple. They were in the back just talking.
Pretzel crust is regular crust here... out of baking soda or just don't want to make it right? where is the Asiago?... won't be coming back to the location anytime soon

Couldn’t even order because the lady doesn’t speak good English. The menu keeps flipping so I can’t see to even make an order. There’s no stationary menu. Went to order on line and they only have delivery! What a waste!

I decided to grab some Little Caesars for a bit of childhood nostalgia, but the experience was disappointing. The area felt questionable, and the service was indifferent—not rude, but far from welcoming. The Crazy Bread, which I was most looking forward to, was stale. Despite this initial visit, I believe in second chances and might return in the future.
