Never again!Last time I am buying pizza at the Canton road location!Ordered a custom round with pepperoni and jalapeno WELL DONE, with crazy bread. Was handed the wrong order then received an under cooked inedible pizza. I asked for the pizza to be further cooked, request refused. I took the pizza home to finish cooking. The awful bread sticks were over done. Wasted my time and money $18.25 and don't forget the tip $2.38.

Little goth girl at the counter was not nice and super rude and they were not even busy and the little boy making the food was to busy trying to get in the little goth girl's pants to make the order right. I waited for 25 minutes for crazy puffs only to get them without the garlic sauce, and they were burnt to a crisp. Come on little Caesars, step your game up!!! I'm a life long customer, and this was the biggest disappointment I have ever had with you. Don't hire high school children trying to get in each other's pants it is just bad for business! Your customers will suffer from it, and you will lose business, so therefore you will suffer.

Staff is young and nonchalant. Bathroom marked "out of order" yet a female employee came over with a key, unlocked it, and went in. No "hot and ready" pizzas available, had to wait. No big deal, but could have been much better. "Meh"

No big surprise but horrible food and service I haven't been here in a while due to this but I thought I would give them another shot since it's been about 6 months and they still disappoint. I felt they were kind of tolerable because the pizzas were only $5 but now they're like seven they're definitely not worth it when I can go get a medium two topping from Domino's for $7..

It's Little Caesars so you're not getting gourmet pizza BUT it was good for being Little Caesars. Pizza was fresh and even tasted good reheated the next day. The crazy bread sauce also tasted extra good for some reason.

I get a Little Caesars craving from time to time. Walked into this location and noone was there. Said hello loudly a few times (as politely as I could). Then saw a woman in the back doing some dishes. I gently yelled "hello, ma'am" etc. Was totally ignored. So I left. Busy? I completely understand. Ignoring a customer? Buh bye

I mean I expect terrible service and subpar pizza when I get it from Little Caesars, but good lord I didn't think you could screw up pizza with so few options...I ordered 1 three meat, 1 pepperoni, 1 thin crust pepperoni and a cheese. They gave me 1 three meat, 1 pepperoni, 1 thin crust pepperoni, and a thin crust pepperoni without cheese, how does that even come close to making sense? WHO EATS PIZZA WITHOUT CHEESE?

Ordered a thin crust pep cut into triangles and not squares which the person who took my order assured me it would be cut into triangles. While I was waiting, the guy in the back was slamming the pans around to make as much noise as possible to a point that I couldn’t even think straight. Once the pizza came out, it was cut into squares and I was offered to wait so they could make a new pizza, but I didn’t have time or the patience to listen to this kid bang every single pot in the building instead of looking at the computer to see I wanted the pizza cut into triangles. The pizza looks great but I gave 3 stars because it wasn’t cut correctly and because the kid was extremely obnoxious or I would have given them more stars. It doesn’t matter how many times I ask for triangles because I usually get it 1 out of maybe 5 times that I ask for it even though there is a button telling the cook to cut it into triangles.
