Was in town visiting and remembered I used to go here when I lived in Georgia. Always hot and fresh.

I called ahead because it was for my daughter’s party. The young man looked at me & walked away from the register. Never at knowledge me.
Proceeded to work at a different station. I said excuse me & he said, “what’s up!?” Like I wasn’t standing there.

A lady walked up that was way more professional (I’m guessing she was the manager) and proceeded to help me.

Hot & ready.....not so ready anymore! What happened to time past when they were stocked?! Cashier doesn't seem too confident. Didn't ask what kind of hot & ready i wanted so I almost had the wrong one. Young lady that gave me my pizzas was very friendly though.

I usually have good experiences at this Little Caesars, but today was very disappointing. The store had a sign advertising Crazy Puffs with a 20 oz soda for $4.99. When I tried to order it, I was told it wasn’t available, even though the sign was still posted.
When I asked if they could honor it, the cashier (Crystal, in training) was rude, refused to give me her name at first, and claimed she was the manager. Only after pressing did the shift manager, Jasmine, confirm their names. Jasmine then told me the sign had been removed but still declined to honor the deal and even said calling corporate would be a “waste of time.”
Promotions ending is one thing, but misleading signage and rude customer service are unacceptable. This location usually does well, but today’s service was far below standard.

Horrible these people do not want to work. Stank looks left and right these people need to be trained. I should not feel like I’m committing an offense while trying to give the establishment my hard earned dollars. I will never in my life be back!

Smashed my two pizzas to where it’s not presentable clearly this was on purpose one of the African American young guy that wanted to get smart and go back and forth with me while the young lady smashed my pizza terrible service

I placed an online order at 9:45 PM at the 2325 Powder Springs Rd SW location in Marietta, Georgia on a FRIDAY night. The store closing time was set for 11 PM (again, on a Friday). I arrived at 9:58 PM, saw my order get placed in the warmer and went to get my order but the door was locked. Several employees (teenagers) were working on closing the store while a whole HOUR was left BEFORE closing time. One young man was counting the money, it was 10:03 PM at this point. He closed the register and avoided eye contact with me. Another employee walked towards the restroom while I was waiting outside the glass door, glanced and walked into the restroom. Came back out and swatted me away. Then finally after I was standing there for 5 mins, because I PAID for my pizza, a third young man opened the door and asked what my name was for my order. I showed him my confirmation email and he brought it right out. I got my order at 10:10 PM. My pizza was hot and ready but the employees were hot and bothered.
I got my pizza and ate in my car, but to make matters worse, some people looked like they had just gotten off work and were waiting at the drive-thru window for some food. And the kids were still sweeping and cleaning. At 10:25 PM. ALL WHILE YOU COULD STILL SEE THEM.

Food was delicious, however...
