I would have given 0 stars! We went for dinner to Los Arcos, Marietta tonight and The customer service was horrible. The manager was rude, called us people who always complain. Was outrightly disrespectful when we pointed out that the chicken was stale. Never Going back there. I sincerely hope that the franchise does something about the complaints.

Very poor service. Staff and management are not friendly and are very unprofessional. I was spoken to in a unwelcoming tone throughout my whole dining experience, i talked to them regarding concern about the food and was dismissed. The chicken quesadilla was overly oily and greasy, and had an off smell. When I tried to address the issue, the manager became very defensive and instead of trying to find a resolution he questioned my motives. Overall, an unprofessional experience I wouldn't recommend. My experience does not seem to be a isolated one as other reviews on google also mention poor service.
Manny was super nice to me and my friends even let us get a drink with refills on the house. Highly recommend!

The food is pretty good with decent prices. However they like to nickle and dime you on to go orders. I ordered 4 meals and they wanted to give a small bag of chips and salsa. They wanted to charge more just to get more. I have not had this issue anywhere else. If they see 4 meals they typically give enough for 4 people without me asking or give more if I do. I will not be back.
