The service has been so great the 2 times I've been here. The 1st time the food and service were good. The 2nd time the food was extremely disappointing. The mac n cheese was very oily, the potatoes salad was basically mashed Potatoes salad and the sliced chicken breast was so dry that I used almost a full bottle of bbq sauce. The best thing about my meal was the Texas Toast

The food is good. Very Tasty and Well Seasoned Ribs, Chicken, Baked Beans and omg Mac & Cheese my favorite. The Customer service WITH the Cashier A+. Not the manager definitely keep him behind the scenes could have been better. Just his demeanor and speaking with the cashier after she explained I wanted to change my items. Due to the portion size. I decided not to go with family feast. Instead purchase something else. Still willing to do business. The manager had to come up of course because I change my mind. He gave me a full refund instead of adjusting the price for the new items.*NOTE * (((in the future to customers you don’t know everybody situation adjust the price instead of giving a full refund and charging the card twice)))so I how to wait for the bank to credit my money back on my card for the first purchase…didn’t like that but once again trying to support business. He definitely could have handle the situation better. But the cashier was Awesome. I would never do family feast for the price and the amount of food you get. I would only buy plates in the future.

The rib tips were too fatty. I had to pick through them just to be able to eat them without gagging on the fat. The collards had so many stems I couldn't even enjoy eating them. The bbq beans were just ok with little to no flavor. Overall everything was just....ok

This is a restaurant that I have frequently visited over the past three to four years. I referred a lot of people in town as well as people that come out of town looking for barbecue to this restaurant. Typically the food is great, the service is usually good as well. However, a few weeks ago I had a situation that prompted me to leave this review and made me think twice about revisiting. I had called in to place a family order for pickup. About ten minutes after the order I received a phone call and they stated that the main entree of our meal was not available and they asked if I wanted any substitute meats. Upon being given the options of substitute meats I inquired as to whether or not it would be the same price as we had ordered chicken and the lady, the order taker, put me on hold and consulted with the older gentleman who I assumed to be the manager and came back to the phone and said no, in fact it would be an extra ten to twelve dollars. We decided to cancel the order because to me good customer service would have been honoring the same price for whatever substitution that I am now forced to select because I was not told when I placed the order that the meat that I had ordered was not available. Now I did place this order three hours before the store closed so it wasn't last minute. It just seems like maybe just a lack of preparation. Coming from a customer service as well as a food industry, again to me the best way to resolve this would have been to give the whatever the substitute options were at the same price as what I had ordered, taking into account that the order order taker did not confirm the availability of this product. So this for me made me not visit or want to visit the restaurant for a while. It was something you know good customer service definitely is key nowadays. I understand mistakes but I truly believe that that was not handled well. So because I am willing to give second chances we will come back to the restaurant but it's going to be a while.

The atmosphere is great decor is what I would expect for a bbq place. Our server Asha gave great and friendly service. I had their brisket it was good a little on the dry side but their bbq sauce fixed it. Their sauces are very mild so not an explosion of flavor but all are good. I had fries as a side wasn't anything special just pretty basic and unseasoned. Fried okra and Mac n cheese was good! It's a place I wouldn't mind stopping by again in the future when I'm in the Atlanta area.

The food is just OK. This is about the service. I’m tired of restaurants like this one running out of food and just sticking something in your plate and not communicating that they have run out of something. The service is inconsistent. I got good service last night with my brisket nachos but then I turn around and get serviced as if they needed some help. I’m just tired of bad customer service.

I ordered quite a few items here. Chicken, pulled pork, brisket and ribs. The only item I liked was the ribs, everything else was missing flavor or didn't taste good for me. The lady over the phone was really nice and patient. When I got there to pick up my food at night, the place was empty (on a Friday night). Not a great experience, but not a bad one either. I don't think I would give it a try again.
