Ok I just went to lucky's burger.Jonathan was great..but I was disappointed with the food...the Mac & cheese bites are kraft Mac and cheese the powder one no cheese in it...just nasty...I got the Cadillac stacker and it was dry and salty plus they didn't give me my lettuce or onions the Coleslaw was the worst Coleslaw I have ever tasted...last... to add to my complete disappointment...I got the nachos and they smelled and taste spoiled...I don't know what happened today but they need to get it together

I had to order from a different restaurant because the Impossible Dawg Pounder is not available online. I don’t understand why the differences between the pickup and delivery menu. Please fix this so my family can eat here again.

Chicken fingers were the tenderest that I can ever remember having - juicy and melt-in-your-mouth! I got the fries with Parmesan/Parsley - fries were light and delicious, and the topping made it so awesome! I get chicken fingers/fries at different drive-thrus off and on. This was a whole different experience! Order-taker lady was friendly and helpful, and brought my food over to me since I was on the phone when the “ready” text came thru….thank you for great food and service! I’ll be back!

Love this place! Of all the spots, we always choose Lucky's. Taylor rocks and is patient and always so sweet to chat with while waiting on our food. Service is great, and food is hot and delicious. Don't forget to try the milkshakes and fried Mac and cheese! Sooooo good!

Attitude attitude attitude. Please…. I forgot to ask for no-ice for one of my drinks. Cashier clearly did not like my request. He switched my drink after asking him, and I thanked him, but he didn’t even bother to acknowledge… basically ignored me. The food was good and the tall guy calling the order numbers was very helpful. The cashier not so much. This was on Sunday 8/27/23. Please… don’t show poor attitude to your customers.. believe me, it doesn’t work. Thank you!

Tried this place yesterday evening. I had the Retriever and a side of onion rings. It was an average burger, a little on the dry/overcooked side. The onion rings were very good with great seasoning. Small portions for the price.

Many good options, including veggies for burger lovers. Build Your Own feature is helpful and handy! The cost for each individual easily adds up over $15, which is a little pricy in the burger world, considering the portion size! Speed of service is reasonable!
