Excellent service, thank you Ramon! Our steaks had a perfect sear and cut like butter! Don't miss the crispy Brussels sprouts!
I have never had a bad meal here! Consistently great food and service. It is a little loud --especially on a weekend night but to be expected. We will continue to return to Mac's Chophouse!
The food was fabulous - we had the snapper and the filet with sweet corn as a side. It was all amazing, very savory and flavorful. Mac's offers a fantastic atmosphere - we had to sit in the back upstairs because we made last-minute reservations, but the atmosphere was still enjoyable.
Our server Brandy was amazing and so accommodating. Timing and location of seating was great for our group. Underwhelmed by birthday dessert but otherwise everything was great! Although I paid for the table discretely, I would have liked to received a copy of the bill.
Jonah was amazing. Steaks tuna and crab cakes were off the hook. The old fashioned is still the best. And the Willamette Pinot Noir was superior. Other than that, it was great.
We had the honor of being James's first table. When he mentioned it, we thought he was joking. He knew the menu well and gave us great recommendations. It wasn't until the maître d' brought it up that we realized it really was his first time waiting a table solo for Mac's. The 2 weeks they spend training new is time well spent. Our service was fabulous with a personable staff and delicious food from appetizers to dessert. I highly recommend for an elevated dining experience.
The food quality was very good. We always enjoy the ambience. It's still a bit expensive. 3 people for dinner, one only had an appetizer. We don't mind, but I hear that from our guests frequently. How expensive a simple meal out is.
We were celebrating an anniversary and was treated very well Reggie our server was incredible and the food was fantastic. Don't mind paying for a good hot meal we had beef Wellington bites as an appetizer and all had filet with the side sampler.
It was our first time at Mac's Chophouse m. We reserved a table for two to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes to get a glass of wine and gin and tonic. Then we ordered some oysters and that took another 30 minutes. (4 oysters from Prince Edward Islands to try) We ordered our steaks when the oysters came. That is when we complained to the waitress about the slow service. Few minutes later, a manager type gentleman's stopped by our table. We asked why the service was every slow. At about 1.5 hours of being at the restaurant, we received our steaks and one side. The food was wonderful. At the end of the meal, the restaurant sent a birthday dessert for my husband which was very nice. We left the restaurant little over two hours from arriving at 6pm.
We thoroughly enjoy our experience every time we dine at Mac's. This time we had the pleasure of meeting Jonah! Jonah was very personable and made our experience a 10/10. From sharing personal experiences to recommendations we really appreciated talking to him throughout our meal. The food was exceptionally great last night as well. We'll be back (again)!

As a frequent diner you need to amp up the wedge salad. Bland blue cheese really chewy lardons. Otherwise faultless
Delicious, and great service, but very expensive. It was disappointing that there were no English Muffins for the Eggs Benedict,
Came here for a birthday brunch, and left very disappointed to say the least. When I made the reservation I requested to be seated upstairs near the windows - when we arrived we were the first group in the restaurant and got seated near the kitchen ... the appetizers came out first and there were wonderful. The mimosas were terrible, not sure if the prosecco was old maybe an opened bottle from the previous night, but just not good. We ordered a porterhouse, and a few other lunch/dinner style dishes. Everyone at the table received their food, except for me. Once my steak came, it was not seared properly - it was evident that they forgot to fire it when the ticket was called, the inside of the streak was cold. They took it back to the kitchen to refire it, and completely burned the outside and overcooked it - I ordered a simple medium at a steakhouse. I was so disappointed to say the least. One manager came out with it and offered an apology. I had no words at that time as I was just simply regretting trying this restaurant again after many poor experiences, mostly with customer service. Another manager came and offered an apology, she comped the steak, and gave a gift card - she truly went above and beyond, which I'm very grateful for. By the way the porterhouse was cooked perfectly, but not a simple filet. They brought out a dessert tray to again try to turn around the experience. My favorite dessert, the crème brûlée tasted like straight eggs. It was terrible. I booked here because the beef is from the corn belt and they had crème brûlée on the menu and left disappointed. I didn't eat the steak it was not tasty and made my stomach hurt . I ended up eating the biscuit from the porterhouse platter ... was a ruin. I left the restaurant embarrassed and disappointed, and went to Whole Foods to get Mac n cheese because I was hungry. Not sure what we will do with the gift card because I don't have the desire to come back here.
Excellent food, customer service, and experience. Mac's has become our date night dining of choice.
We came to Mac’s for my husband’s birthday and loved it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was classy, and the service was great. We will be back!
