Celebrating with friends and family. Promptly greeted by hostess. Our waiter was absolutely great. Wonderful service and recommended several drinks and food.
Love this place! Mussels and Grouper sandwich are the best! Great atmosphere, friendly wait staff! It's great.
Really great food, my group loved the oysters, the clam chowder, the crab cakes and the trout. Personal favorite was the salmon.
It was wonderful, we love the staff and ownership . Great restaurant, one of the best on the square.
The server made our birthday dinner super special! Thanks Reginald Williams' the gauntlet of beer will go down in history. The food was great. The service was spectacular. Just loved everything we ordered, including the red fish special. my daughter ended up getting the steak which was so tender. She could cut it with her fork. We had such a lovely evening once again the server just made everything extra special so glad we found this on yelp. We can't wait to come back, maybe jump to the other side one night for the chophouse thanks again.
We enjoyed appetizers and adult beverages last night and enjoyed everything. It is a beautiful place, even though it is a bit noisy.
I hate to be the complaining guy, but this time I really don't have a choice. As far as restaurants on the Square go, Mac's and Mac's Raw Bar and usually the best there (by a significant margin). But, it's gotten to the point that we are just going to skip it. First, it's always painful just getting to a table. Whichever side you make a reservation, they always mis-manage their room and will try to push you to the other side. This has happened several times. Last night we arrived and I gave them my name and reservation time. They looked perplexed and told me that we could maybe sit at the bar if we didn't want to sit outside (it was actively raining). I explained that I made a reservation - to which they said my reservation was for an outdoor table. I protested (no, I NOT make a res for an outside table) - they called a manager over who seemed to figure out that somebody there had changed it. They told me they "would try to accommodate me but that the bar was my best option". We were about to leave when they finally cleared an empty table to seat us. While the server was great (she's waited on us before), the food failed this time. I've had Low Country Boil 400 times in my life and I know what it's supposed to be. For the most part, it was good - but the sausage was very obviously not cooked in the middle. I let the server know and she took it back to the kitchen. It came back, I cut into it and it was marginally more cooked in the center. She came by and asked, and I showed her. Again, I wasn't complaining - just letting them know it was underdone. The same manager came by and tried to explain that it should be just fine. I showed her it clearly was not (I have a ServeSafe certification, I know when something is not up to proper temperature). She seemed to be somewhat exasperated with me. I told them to leave it, ate the rest and paid the full bill I don't feel I was out of line. They clearly just fell short. For the money, I'm done here.
Service was excellent. Decor and vibe was great. Nice wine selection. Food was decent, but could be better. I would go back for a drink and maybe an app. But probably not for a whole meal.
Good food and wine and very reasonable . Wait staff very nice and I never felt rushed in any way.
Consistently great service and delicious food and drinks. Wish they offered valet parking!

Perfect spot to sit outside and watch the people go by while sipping wine from their extensive wine list. Even though we had to be one of many tables for our server, he was extremely attentive (which doesn't always happen when you are seated outside). If given a chance ask for Johnny, for sure. The food was great, as always. I opted for the warm lobster roll and side salad and my hubby had the tacos and fries. It was more food than we could eat at one sitting, but the fries didn't make it into the "take home" bag. They were cooked perfectly to not eat. Super dog friendly spot as well. They provided fresh water for the pups and several of the servers had to come out to say hello to them. Even the manager checked on us at one point.
The chef was amazing! Will be back for the Chargrilled Oysters and the Grouper was amazing.. Johnny our waiter was great as well, he was Johnny On The Spot!!!
Haven't been here in a while and I will be going back soon!! It's so delicious!!! So many things on the menu my friends and I wanted to try!!! Blackened Grouper sandwich is just the bomb!!!! :-)
We sat outside and had a picture perfect evening. Service, food, and ambience couldn't be better. One of our favs in all of the ATL.
Great food and beverage in an engaging environment. You can even order off the Chop House menu next door.
