Cheesy crab dip was the saving grace for our evening. Server was very short and rude, when asked about a cocktail she immediately told us it was “out of stock” for the evening. Huh? That’s a first. Broiled platter was a flop, lobster had a forkful of meat and tops. Incredibly underwhelming first impression.

We come here once a week, we love it! Food is always great and service is even better. We always sit at the bar, atmosphere is perfect. Tony, Caroline, Matty and Chef Mike always make us feel so welcome. Honestly, all of their staff is top class.

Didn’t get my bartenders name she wasn’t attentive at all ! Drinks were French 75 tasted terrible & lemon drop was also not favorable , the food was A1 I got grilled & raw oysters , also the crake cake entree , my date got the grouper sandwich everything was very good and fresh . Would have loved to chill there longer then just 2 drinks the vibes just weren’t there . The customers surrounding us were great . I cant Wait to come try more items on the menu

The food and service were both good, but I do have a concern about the table arrangement. We were seated at a standard table for two, and the tables were placed very, very, very close together. The proximity was such that, every time the waitress attended to the table next to ours—whether dropping off dishes or pouring water—her proximity brought her uncomfortably close to our table; literally placing her derriere right in our face. This was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that I couldn’t finish my meal and asked for a to-go box. I believe Mac's could address this issue by alternating table styles, such as pairing standard tables with taller ones. This setup would allow staff more space to serve without being uncomfortably close to adjacent guests. If I visit again, I’ll be sure to request a table with more space, likely a table-top option.

Mike, the chef gumbo was amazing! The charcoal grilled oysters was great! I am from new orleans and I give Macs raw bar & grill hands down👏🏼👏🏼 Feon the server provided awesome customer service 👍 The ambiance is very nice.
