The tracking software on the website didn’t work. I called to make sure my order was received online and was told it was leaving for delivery in two minutes. When the driver arrived, she offered a box of cinnasquares for the order being late. When we opened the box, there were three squares missing. 😂 The two pizzas I ordered were tasty, but not hot.

I normally frequent this store quite a bit but my last experience will be my last. I placed an online order for carry out and realized that my order was incorrect when I got home. I called the store back within 20 minutes and the manager Silva argued with me about my order and refused to remake the pizza for me. This was a very frustrating experience since I had to call customer support after the interaction. I will not visit this particular location again. Silva has the worst costumer service experience by far.

Although they refunded the price of the pizza and the owner was very nice about that, it still ruined 3 people's dinner and still in shock that they would actually send something out that was this horrible. We have ordered from this location several times and never had an issue. Still losing a few customers here after showing the neighbors and our boss who also seen the pizza and wouldn't eat it.
