The tracking software on the website didn’t work. I called to make sure my order was received online and was told it was leaving for delivery in two minutes. When the driver arrived, she offered a box of cinnasquares for the order being late. When we opened the box, there were three squares missing. 😂 The two pizzas I ordered were tasty, but not hot.

I normally frequent this store quite a bit but my last experience will be my last. I placed an online order for carry out and realized that my order was incorrect when I got home. I called the store back within 20 minutes and the manager Silva argued with me about my order and refused to remake the pizza for me. This was a very frustrating experience since I had to call customer support after the interaction. I will not visit this particular location again. Silva has the worst costumer service experience by far.

Delivered a pizza that was the absolute worse pizza I have had in my 48 years on earth! Was undercooked, too much like 3x the amount of cheese, and sloppy as it could ever get! Although they refunded the price of the pizza and the owner was very nice about that, it still ruined 3 people's dinner and still in shock that they would actually send something out that was this horrible. We have ordered from this location several times and never had an issue. Still losing a few customers here after showing the neighbors and our boss who also seen the pizza and wouldn't eat it. There are plenty of pizza joints in the area that will be one of our future choices. Sorry Marcos at Canton Road. Your 3.6 Google score sure reflects your pizza. Someone needs to be re trained that's for sure. I don't like leaving 1 star reviews but this experience deserves it and sorry to say goodbye but this has done it. Never again from this location.

All I can say is MMMMM…. My pizza was a 10/10 soo good. The team immediately greeted me at the door with a smile , my pizza didn’t take long to come out , and they remembered all my extras. All in all , great experience… this may become my home Marcos Store … the cheese to sauce ratio was PERFECT. I suggest you give them a try , you won’t be disappointed!

I really like their pizzas. Very tasty, fresh, and hot. Cashiers there have always been friendly and helpful. However, they really should be putting liners between the bottom of their pizzas and the box. The grease from my Pepperoni pizza soaked through the box and stained my car seat. My car looks terrible now, will have to get it professionally detailed to hopefully fix it, making this modestly priced pizza extremely expensive in the long run. At least the pizza was delicious.

Delicious pizzas. They do a good job. Just extremely greasy. Permanently stained my car seat thanks to the bottom of their pizza boxes.Marco’s - maybe a layer of liner paper inside the box under the pizzas would help? Please. Car seats, laps, and tables every where will thank you.
