All I can say is MMMMM…. My pizza was a 10/10 soo good. The team immediately greeted me at the door with a smile , my pizza didn’t take long to come out , and they remembered all my extras. All in all , great experience… this may become my home Marcos Store … the cheese to sauce ratio was PERFECT. I suggest you give them a try , you won’t be disappointed!

I really like their pizzas. Very tasty, fresh, and hot. Cashiers there have always been friendly and helpful. However, they really should be putting liners between the bottom of their pizzas and the box. The grease from my Pepperoni pizza soaked through the box and stained my car seat. My car looks terrible now, will have to get it professionally detailed to hopefully fix it, making this modestly priced pizza extremely expensive in the long run. At least the pizza was delicious.

Delicious pizzas. They do a good job. Just extremely greasy. Permanently stained my car seat thanks to the bottom of their pizza boxes.Marco’s - maybe a layer of liner paper inside the box under the pizzas would help? Please. Car seats, laps, and tables every where will thank you.

This place is trash. It used to be good/ok. Now... as of 12/21/23; absolutely pitiful and should do us a favor and close. East Piedmont makes y'all look remedial. I'd rather drive for every order than rely or depend on any glimpse of decent service. The owner should consider a different career.

I can't really tell you much about the food, because I never got the opportunity to have any. When I checked Google Maps, it said that their location closed at 11:00 pm, but I still called to double-check. I was told that they closed at 10:00 pm, and even though I called them at 9:21 pm, I was told I couldn't place an order for pick-up because they were cleaning up to leave. So, in conclusion, always call to check if a business is open, and if they close within forty to forty-five minutes, you still may not get service. Go figure!

Horrible customer service and staff who don't seem to care. When I asked one of the staff why my two pizzas weren't ready he acted as though I was out of line. When my pizzas were ready he just put them on the counter and walked away. I stopped ordering from them 3 years ago due to bad customer service. Tonight I thought I would give them another chance. They haven't improved at all.

9/15/23: These guys were slammed tonight with only two working. They did a great job trying to keep anxious customers patient, while taking orders, making orders, cooking orders, packing orders and running the register all with as best of an attitude that could be expected. The pizzas were delicious! Thanks guys for your hard work!Management: these two deserve a bonus!!

Im happy to say I found a restaurant who knows how to make a really good pizza along with good chicken wings. Plus a reasonable price. However what I would like to point out is also their Delivery Service❗️ No one, usually mentions deliveries. We usually pick up because we live right on Kemp Rd. Ive only ordered once for Delivery but I have to say it was outstanding. It was a busy dinner time. Yet our pizza and chicken wings arrived in such a reasonable time with a very friendly driver. We tipped him very well Trust me. Today ppl seem so over worked that usually in our experience by the time a driver delivers anything they seem so exhausted & in such a hurry they don’t even say Hello… Im not sure who delivers Marco’s food but I believe its their own staff.

Customer service awful. They never have delivery service which for a pizza place is ridiculous. They constantly have the delivery service turned off on the website. Sometimes they don’t have it turned off and then they cancel your order. Overall experience with this branch is terrible. Order elsewhere.

If I could do a zero rating I would. Their customer service is terrible. They constantly have issues taking delivery orders. Either delivery is turned off at this location or they don't have a delivery driver. Don't order from this location unless you want nothing but issues.

Does the good food make up for the atrocious service at Marco's on Canton Road? I walked into the store to order a pizza. The cashier said sorry she was clocking out. There was a man boxing up the pizzas and two or three young men making pizzas. I was standing approximately 20 feet from them. After 3-5 minutes I asked if someone could help me. There was no answer, no acknowledgement, no eye contact. I waited another couple of minutes. Again I asked the same question and got the same results. I was completely ignored again. Finally, I walked out. I will never order from this Marco's again! There is no excuse for the lack of service they provided!
