STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Absolutely no care or concern went into the making of the pizza. “Bubbles “ or pockets of no sauce and cheese all over the pizza. Steer clear of this shop. Obviously it is mismanaged and there is no quality control.

Waited way too long for delivery! Called in to find out that our order had not even been picked up for delivery. Will not order from this location again!

Worst attitude ever! I do my best to order from Marcos, but due to my busy schedule rely on their app! First, after getting no updates for 45 mins and the app telling my order was completed, I called to check status. The owner told me it was just coming out of the oven, despite getting a completely different update for the app - he then blamed it on how busy he was. Then when he was on the way he claimed he couldn’t find my address even though I used the app to track my location for the order! OK…. At this point still understandable, but then he flexes that they don’t deliver to my address despite being only 1.5 miles away! I went to reorder with the manually entered address instead of using the location services and it still came up with the same store! Owner blatantly lied and told me he would never deliver a pizza to me tonight, despite my record of being a long time Marco’s customer! Good luck blaming your customers and then lying about your delivery area! I have receipts!

well, where do I start—usually I don’t like pizza but tonight since we were riding by, we said we’ll stop in. an older man approaches us taking our order and he didn’t once look at us once, just kept looking down:/. so customer service was horrible! it was one young lady who spoke and acknowledged us so shouts out to her. the older guy said 10 minutes then it’ll be ready—two pizzas $40. picked up the pizzas and got home—literally yall why is it a veggie PARTY going on the my whole pizza and barely any protein—philly pizza btw with 1 other protein being Italian sausage—i bite into THREE random hard looking pieces of ‘sausage’—-I really don’t know what to say about that but nasty and couldn’t chew it. plus guys I said lite on some of the veggies. anddddd we both said Parmesan crust—its on the receipt… you think we got that? nope, no Parmesan crust guys
We order from Marco’s all the time, it’s our go to pizza place and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was tonight with the young woman I spoke with on the phone. Not only did she openly admit to sending the wrong pizza out for delivery she hung up the phone on me when I asked for her name (I just wanted to make sure I didn’t get disconnected) and then refused to send the right order. When I called back after being disconnected another young lady answered the phone, The first employee proceeded to yell over this woman while I was trying to get dinner worked out for my kids. This Marcos TEAM MEMBER then announced that she would refund my order but would not send me the right order. This employee not only cost you the amount for my order tonight but any future business to this location. I hope you do better hiring. - It was not Jada but the other young lady working tonight.

Takeout order, get the notification that the order is ready. Once I arrived was told it would be a couple more minutes. Waited an additional 30 minutes as 6 other people ordered and received their pizzas. When I asked for an update I was told it would be a few more minutes. When I said I had already been waiting they went into the back and my order magically appeared. A ridiculous wait for no reason for the most mediocre pizza.

I honestly don’t know why there are so many complaints here?? I’m new to Marco‘s based on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered pizza delivery three times from Marco’s and I’ve never had a problem. The pizza tasted great and it was made correctly.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they didn’t add the extra red sauce I requested to my pizza and they didn’t ask me if I wanted garlic sauce. 😳

Order a pizza close to closing from this location General manager Sarah made it to dark for my liking. I call and ask for a remake,credit,or refund after she stated that there oven operates at 500° she refused my any consideration because I wasn't able to call to report it by the time I got home due to them being closed. Also had a attitude in person and on the phone very inconsiderate General manager sure I'm not the first but definitely the last time I'll order from there. Not up to Marcos Pizza standard find another location to order trust me there is a reason they have 3 stars.Customer first especially when its quality and preferences concerns. Very inconsiderate.

Took over 90 minutes for delivery for 2 small pizzas less than 5 miles away. When I contacted the store the first rep told me too bad. manager called back & told me they had to send via Door Dash. Then called the owner for an update & called me back - she was rude & hung up on me after telling me it wasn’t her problem that they were short staffed for delivery. Last time we will order from here.

The person working the phone got my order wrong for the third time. No offer was made to make it right and I was hung up on. As a small business owner i know that if i make a mistake i am responsible for fixing it. I will let everyone in my community know about the poor customer service i received and will never spend another dollar there
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with this location—particularly with an employee named Tara—was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
I regularly order from this location for my family, and I also place orders for my employees and clients. Unfortunately, my order today was incorrect once again—the third time in a row this has happened. When I called to address the issue, instead of receiving an apology or any form of helpful customer service, I was met with defensiveness. Tara implied that the mistake was mine, rather than taking accountability or offering a resolution.
As a business owner myself, I understand how important it is to listen to customers and take responsibility when things go wrong. I truly hope this team receives additional training in customer service and order accuracy. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference—especially when food allergies could be involved. I would hate for a preventable error to impact a client or employee.

We love the pizza from here but dang if I pay extra for garlic sauce and either the incorrect sauce is put in or it’s completely forgotten about or they only include one. PLEASE review the order, we have two pizzas one for each pizza is what we’re paying for. We’ve called twice about the same issue and it has happened the last 6 times. We put in garlic butter online and it prints on the receipt as garlic parm sauce. Also, I do not know what this is but it’s some sort of creamy Italian sauce different than garlic butter. Unless the sauce has changed this is what we keep getting the last few orders. I understand it can get busy but delivery was also over two hours tonight. Order number was 146.

Really is a bummer that this place has declined so rapidly because the pizza USED to be good and the staff USED to care. And the drive-thru window is such a huge bonus!
Please hire employees that put even 60% effort into making food again.
My only question is : Who is the new owner who is destroying this store ? The people he hired to make the pizzas are not really interested in working, apparently !
