My only question is : Who is the new owner who is destroying this store ? The people he hired to make the pizzas are not really interested in working, apparently !

Sadly, this Marcos location went from the best local pizza chain to the worst (I left a 5-star review a few years ago). They've been on the decline for the past year or so. Orders not right. Cold pizza. Missing items. Rude employees. Slow delivery.
Our most recent delivery will be our last from this location. Absolute garbage (see photo). Delivery guy either dropped it or carried it on it's side. Extra greasy. Missing items as usual (dipping cup).
We actually drove this one back to the store so they could see first hand the product they delivered. Nobody cared. They did refund the full cost with no problem.
It was good while it lasted, but go somewhere else now.
I order online and do carryout. The pies are consistently well made, even when I design my own combo. The interior is not well lit, but I overlook this for their tasty food. The staff is polite, food is hot and ready on time for pickup.
The worst pizza I’ve ever had.
Loved the one in Asheville decided to try this one .

Onions were still raw
Sausage was in big chunks
Crust tasted like it had freezer burn.
Little to no sauce or cheese !

I have been sitting here in front of Marco's Pizza since 10:58 am Monday November 4th, 2024. It is now 11:19 and no one is here. Maybe you need someone that is more reliable to open on time so you don't lose valuable clients. Not impressed at all. Hire a Marine and I guarantee you will have someone that will always be early.
Ordered 3 pizzas and when I arrived was told it would be 5 more minutes, after waiting about 15 minutes I was told that my order would not be completed because they were too busy. I was told my order was next in line to be made but Bejoy, who is the owner of this franchise, said they won’t make it because they had a bigger order to fill.

Horrid!!! Ordered online for pickup hours in advance only to wait for an hour for my pizza. If I could give zero stars 😡😡😡😡. No possible way this is sustainable.

Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered off Uber eats and received the wrong order. Went to the store and they told me I have to contact Uber eats. Staff was very unprofessional and rude. They told me they’ll remake it but have to charge me for it. Why should I pay for a mistake they made? Do not recommend this location. Marcos is absolutely amazing. But DO NOT go to this location.
Well! I ordered the pizza through Uber and I was really 100% satisfied and it really is delicious. The cheese sticks (as we call them) uff!! Really delicious and not to mention the pizza. I ordered a Deluxe and I think I will eat it again because it was really too delicious. I recommend them 300% and I'm not exaggerating ???

Great pizza, but store seems VERY understaffed. One person on a SATURDAY NIGHT making over 15 pizzas at a time, no other employees or managers??? RIDICULOUS. whoever that kid was, thank you for making my pizza and great customer service. I hope you had a great night! this needs to be brought to the managers attention immediately. 8/24/24
