I'm currently waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. I was told it wasn't ready and the guy at the front couldn't tell me any kind of estimate. This is my first and probably last time ordering. Disappointing bc I've had their pizza and it's really good.

Not a great place for in door dinning. Not much in selection but fresh veggies, well constructed pizza with great sauce. A little peppery like Mr GATTIES. Jalapeños with fresh sliced tomatoes with onion. Somehow the order is not familiar with garlic

I tried to talk my Father In-law out of ordering from this pizza chain but he insisted that it was his favorite..Boy Was He Ever disappointed ! He ordered a deluxe on half and the other half was veggies. He complained about the pizza having no flavor and was very disappointed! On the other hand I thanked him for the pizza ? I told him it was ok .. and I had the worst Heartburn (Agita) from a slice!

this is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in all of Metro Atlanta! Marco’s pizza is officially my favorite pizza— in particular, this location. The manager Nick is absolutely incredible! His customer service skills are fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience ever. I drive past tons of other pizza spots just to come here because i know for SURE that i will be pleased and satisfied. Pick this Marco’s location— you will not regret it!

I was born and raised in New York Pizza. Not today's add anything, any make up some fancy name for the crust. With that being said, my favorite pizzeria closed. Sucks. But Marco's is the next best. It's fresh and has a good crust.
I called Marco's Pizza Corporate and left several messages regarding a complaint on their Marietta (Georgia) store. I received no response.My wife and I called the local Marco's and ordered a pizza to be delivered. Several minutes later we received an automated text that our order was cancelled. I drove to the store and the person (who said they were the Manager) told me that it was an error of the system. I, then, asked why it hadn't been delivered since it had been long beyond the time stated that it would be delivered. He said that they didn't have a delivery driver that night. I, again, complained and he told me to order my pizza from someplace else. I drove to Papa John's, who treated me as an appreciated customer.Sad that Marco's Corporate doesn't care enough about their customers to even return a call.

I stood at the register for 15 mins, not one associate said a word. There were about 10 people making pizzas, and the phone was ringing nonstop. One guy yelled for help from the line several times just to pick up his pizza. I understand being busy, but a simple acknowledgment of the line of customers who were waiting for any type of service would have been nice.

was craving pizza a while back and decided to get marco’s. it’s still available now but saw a new limited pizza that came out and it was the “pepperoni magnifico” which is a crispy pepperoni dish but with the kick of a mildly hot honey drizzle. it’s pretty good but it definitely has a rich pepperoni taste so if you’re not really a fan of it, it might not be your favorite after one slice. then there’s the og deluxe pizza which had a good ratio between cheese, meat, and vegetables which was a plus.

I don’t know what this location has going on behind closed doors but when I walked in yesterday, the whole place smelled like weed and bad Oder.. sorry not sorry but I’m just stating the facts. Is that how you guys operate at all of your locations, I won’t be visiting this location or tellling my friends and coworkers to come here any longer, have a nice day! OH do something about the guy behind the counter yesterday he had white stuff under his nose.. like what the heck dude are you here to work or participate in other activities. He was very rude when you guys take the longest to make a simple order, like damn I waited 30 mins yesterday. This location was on Roswell Rd
