I originally placed an order for delivery but I got a call from Raphael (Rafael?) that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today and if I wanted to switch it to pickup. It’s close so I had no problem picking it up. When we went to pick it up we found this kid working the entire store by himself, answering phones, making pizzas, greeting customers. He didn’t have a bad attitude and was patient and calm with a great positive attitude. Our food came out better than it ever has before when ordering here and it was just him working there. I don’t know how much they pay him, but it’s not enough. That type of work ethic is not around these days and when others would have just quit or let the rude customers beat them down, he didn’t.

So I try to order online for delivery and this location is too far ? 2 miles is not too far but I guess No Marcos will now deliver to us anymore .

I placed an order online. I went to pick up my order and had to wait over 10 min. There was nobody inside the restaurant. While me and 3 other guest were waiting 2 guys came from the back saying they were outside talking to the distric manager. There was no apology or anything given due to the long wait. I ended up getting a refund.

We ordered a medium pizza on the app, app said was ready, we went to store to pickup. Marcos employees stated they accidentally gave the wrong pizza out and they would make a new one. No big deal, so I waited in store. Upon waiting approx 15 mins, was then told they never put the make up pizza in, which I questioned how that could be as I was waiting right in front of them for the remake. They shrugged their shoulders, blowing off the two mistakes with no offer to actually make the pizza or anything to help offset the situation, they simply didn’t care. I dont know how or why this place is in business, it certainly is not to make a meal.

I order from here and they promised when I ordered again that they’ll send me free cinnamon squares, a brownie, or something to make up for not sending icing with the cinnamon squares that I bought with my order. So, I called them to order and get my free cinnamon squares. They won’t send them with my delivery and I have to come in the store to pick it up. I expected it to be delivered like it was last time. I also explained that I’m paralyzed from the waist down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Choose a different pizza place because they’ll screw you over!!!
There pizza is one of the best I have ever tasted that I want to go back and explore the rest of the menu. I'm going to order different options tonight such as the pizzoli,wings and subs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered online and notice my order was taking longer than expected. The tracker wasn’t updating, so I called. Called five times, no one ever answered the phone. My calls were all during normal business hours. Called back and was on hold waiting for 47 minutes!!!! No answer!!! By this time it’s after 10pm, they are now closed. No pizza, no call, no refund!!!! This location is the worst!!! The customer service is horrific!!!

Absolutely amazing service! My nephew has severe allergies, and when I have pizza with him, I have to make sure that utensils Fresh and clean and that there is no chance of cross-contamination. The staff took time to listen to my concerns, and they took time to wash everything to make sure that there was no chance of contamination. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff had a smile the whole time. Their service was above and beyond, and I will definitely go back again and again.
