Obviously the tomatoes were added after the pizza came out of the oven. But why?? I absolutely love Marco's, yall didn't have to do me like this. Garden pizza is already $20. Let me get a decent one.

I ordered a calzone with veggies and extra cheese. The young man who took my order was fair but the young lady who was making the orders was dry and lack customer service. My calzone was awful, barely any cheese, too many jalapeños and the sauce that was supposed to come with it was missing. This food cost too much for it be this awful along with awful service. Needless to say I will not spend my money here again.So I was asked to go on Facebook and provide information and wouldn’t you know, no response, nothing. A waste of my time!

All Around Computer Repair

This place is hit or miss sometimes great portion sizes other times terrible for the price you don't put a regular size salad in a family bowl and call it a family salad spent 30 minutes waiting to talk to a manager on the phone to no avail scampi portion sizes are an understatement sometimes perfect lots to eat but you gamble when you order from here Philly Bowl ridiculously small portion inflations bad enough without hoping you'll get the right stuff or a decent amount sometimes you get plenty other times it's just bloody terrible now I will be reaching out to Marco's corporate it would have been better if the manager would have not left me on hold for 30 minutes

Love Marcos pizza . However just like any other bussiness the key is management and this store is clearly lacking . The staff is rude , doesn't seem to care . Late deliveries. Wrong deliveries. This has been ongoing . We ordered cauliflower crust for my wife because she is diabetic. They delivered cheese bread . Called and was told they would make a new pizza and deliver it .the delivery person just got the boxes wrong as they are the same size . 15 minutes later they delivered the cauliflower pizza stating they remade it ! You can't get from my house and the restaurant in that time . He brought back the pizza that was originally ordered. Greasy and cold . Upon calling the store I was told it was remade and there was nothing I could do . After stating I like their pizza and order from there often but was unhappy with my service and could take my bussiness elsewhere , I was told we don't care !

I don’t know what’s going on with this store. Ordered a pizza Friday, 8/25. Pick-up time was 5:15. Arrived 5:18. Store was locked. Sign on the door said “Back in a moment”. Stood outside and waiting 20 minutes (95°). I could see my order sitting on the shelf. Phone was constantly ringing. No one ever returned. Thankfully I hadn’t pre-paid. I just left. I didn’t want an old pizza. What’s really sad is that, 2 days later and no one has called to apologize or say squat.

Customer services is horrible I watched two workers ignore the phone twice then also picked up twice and put me on hold and never returned back to phone I was watching them thru the window because I had curbside pick up which I had to go in and get it myself then the man got smart and yelled “we’re busy” they need more

BackgroundWe were supposed to be grilling outside today, but the weather didn't cooperate. I woke up from a nap and discovered that sweet, intelligent, self-reliant man hadn't fired up the grill nor had he fed himself or his children. Sigh. Customer ServiceI attempted to place an order online, but when I tried to select this store, I got the 'oops, we're having technical difficulties, try again later' message.' If I selected the Macland Rd location, it allowed me to start my order - so I had the kiddos select what they wanted and I figured we would just call it in. So imagine my disappointment when I called the store and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone to take my order. Lol. I finally just drove up there. Upon entering the store, there was 1 customer and 2 employees. Both employees looked at me and made some fairly intense eye contact, but did not greet me. Not deducting a star for this because I've resigned myself to the fact that most people, in places of business, do not greet you anymore. I'm old - so I admit that I enjoy a nice, "hello, we'll be right with you," - or at the very least a head nod. But I don't think they were being rude because the young man with locs was friendly, smiling once we interacted. And he did pretty well even though he said yesterday was his first day on the job. The FoodWhat we wanted / What we ordered:- All Meat Pizza (small / 10") - I had a bite of this. Thought it was tasty. - The Works Pizza (small / 10") - I had a bite of this. Thought it was tasty too.- Meatball Bake (meatballs, sausage) - Did not try this. My guy was super disappointed ... because despite the fact that this man can read, he thought this was going to be meatballs sauce, cheese on top of PASTA. This is not a pasta dish. - Chicken Classico Calzone - I had a bite of this. Thought it was ok.- Build Your Own Bowl - with chicken, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers - I wanted this, but was NOT able to order this. The associate told me they didn't have bell peppers. He said banana peppers only. So I cancelled it and went two doors down for my meal: Chicken with mixed vegetables from Dragon 168. So imagine my surprise and confusion when, later, I saw tons of bell peppers on the "The Works" pizza- Ham & Cheese sub sandwich - add lettuce. When I came back from the Chinese food place, the young lady who was hustling in the back, came up and apologized, said they didn't have the bread for my sub and asked if there was anything else I wanted. She was super sweet (didn't get her name either - fair complexion, long wavy hair and I think she had a septum piercing). I tried to call home, no answer so I cancelled the sub - and had to walk down to Publix to get one of their subs.Price / ValueI haven't ordered out for pizza in a while and this was my first time trying Marco's. There was a 30% off menu price promo for the pizzas, so I think the prices were fine for small pizzas. And I think the calzone was probably priced appropriately. I definitely think the Meatball Bake was overpriced. Overall Despite the new associate's lack of menu knowledge (he didn't think they had the meatball bake until I pointed to the signage and I had to do the same for the build-your-own bowl), he was just too friendly to deduct a star. Lol. I'm not even deducting a star because I had to go to 2 other places to get food. Lol. I only deducted a star because the ordering process shouldn't have been so difficult. I imagine there are lots of folks who don't bother to drive up there when they're unable to order online or on the phone - so they really need to get the online ordering situation take care of. I'm also posting some photos because I can't believe this place has been open for over 3 years and no one has posted a photo. My people were very upset that I made them wait while I took pics of the food, so I hope my fellow Yelpers appreciate the pics. Lol.

Twice now I’ve ordered delivery to get a call they have no drivers. Today I decided to call before wasting my money and sure enough no delivery drivers on a SATURDAY. They do not turn off delivery as an option online. If people pay extra for delivery it’s because they’re too busy or sick to come get the pizza in the first place. Done with Marcos. I’ve been buying pizza from them my whole life and it took one store to ruin it. If you want to see how NOT to run a business check these guys out.
