My first time to eat at Marietta Pizza and it was ok.

It is appalling how bad this place has gotten. The pizza is literally worse than Chef BoyArde. The crust is so thin and so tough it can barely be chewed. The sauce is more tasteless than the crust. And the cheese, if that’s what it is, is that stuff that doesn’t melt. It might have been better if it had been hot but I’m not sure. Our teenage waitress, dressed in crocs and an oversized sweatshirt longer than her shorts, paid as much attention to her customers as her attire. In the 45 minutes between ordering and getting our food the pizza had gone cold.
I never send food back or complain. The owner and/or manager that orders for the restaurant already knows they are cutting corners on cheap ingredients. The cook staff is likely as professional as the wait staff and neither cares enough to change anything. Like others said, we were starving after a long wait and ate enough to get us home to make something else for dinner. No need for a go box here. Pick literally anywhere else or get a frozen pizza at Walmart and you’ll do better.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service and pizza here , we ordered a small personal pizza and we got it took a bite and didn’t like it so we sent it back and didn’t like a replacement , they STILL charge us 50% of the pizza price for the one bite we took , the little high schooler waiting our table was rude and didn’t check on us the entire time . Never coming back

In response to their response , everyone else at the table ate their pizza because we were hungry ! The sauce taste like watered down progresso sauce , their response shows just how unprofessional this establishment is .
The pizza that was sent back had one bite taken from it and that little girl that waited on us knows that ! The waiter also said if we order another one it’ll take a long time so we just sent the one we had back .
I’ll be reaching out to management and corporate

Came here for the first time today, and the people I came with said great things about this establishment, however, I will never be coming back. I ordered the personal Spinach n Mushroom pizza. It was honestly disgusting, the flavor was not there. The marinara sauce tasted as if it was taken out of the can, watered down, and put on top of dough; no additional seasonings at all. No one at my table actually liked their pizza but they ate it because it took so long to come that they just wanted to eat. I sent my pizza back and was still charged the full price on my check. I went to speak to someone about it and one of the workers told me I was charged because there was “nothing wrong with it.” Is it not customary for a restaurant to remove an item from the check if it is not wanted by the customer? Would it not be a simple tax write off for the business if anything? The solution, they charged me $7 for one bite of pizza. It’s laughable. I’m not going to fight with a person, I see how I’m treated and move accordingly. Personally, I was not interested in giving this establishment another chance simply because I did not care for the food. However, now I have an additional reason to never return again. My money is valuable and I don’t waste it. Decency is good customer service. Not all of the employees there are horrible, but if majority of the staff are going to be young it would be beneficial for them to be properly trained for customer service and hospitality.

Very , very small $45 dollar pizza , like a personal pan Liza. 10”? Lady says “it’s because you ordered gluten free”. Like I’m supposed to know what GF means on Uber Eats? This is the most simple, tiny pizza that is tiny at $45 dollars I could have gotten a far better dinner. Way way way overpriced .

I enjoyed the vegan cheese + vegan sausuage (which tasted like bacon) pizza. I inquired about a vegan crust, and the staff went to check. The closest was the gluten free (thin crust) which may contain egg. Gets mored crowded at night, but when I went around 4pm on Saturday, I nearly had the whole place to myself. Would come back.

We actually love the pizza, but check your order. They get things wrong a lot.
