Was on my way to work this morning when I drove past this location, when I noticed multiple employees standing outside curious and with a little extra free time I pulled over and asked them if everything was ok. To which they replied that they have been waiting on their manager who was running late (they had been waiting 20 min by the time I stopped) and they had no way of getting inside.

This is the slowest Martin’s around any other Martin’s I’ve been to moves their line moves fast. There was at least seven employees in there so they had enough.I waited 30 minutes just to get to the window and then when I get to the window, they told me to pull forward because they have no sausage ready. You’ve had 30 minutes to do it. They’re not very friendly either do not recommend.

Bland and dry food, dirty tables, unhelpful staff.... was shocked since I've heard such great things about them, but after my experience I will not be back and I don't recommend anyone else going, either.

Complete clowns here. Every time there is an issue or a need to repeat the order back multiple times to confirm when it is only one biscuit. Biscuits much smaller than other locations. Incompetent and overpriced. Not worth the headache.

Ignored, wait much too long, screwed up order.

Don't have proof but daughter is showing signs of food poisoning after. The experience alone was worth never going back but I feel terrible my daughter feels so bad. Please read reviews before going and use caution.

They always mess the order up somehow. The food is good but I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I received a plain steak biscuit. Not even close.

I love Martin's but don't eat there often for health consciousness reasons but made an exception today. Even though I was able to immediately pull up to the speaker, there were 2 vehicles in front of me. I waited 13 minutes to receive my food, which was just a chicken biscuit with cheese.
The biggest wait was the vehicle in front of me. Once they received their food, i immediately pulled up and received my food without wait. Paid and drove off. Noticed my food was cold to the touch when i pulled it out. Was hoping the middle of my food was at least warm. It was not even room temperature. Temperature wouldn't have caused me to leave a negative review though. I noticed the chicken was wet. Wet and cold. Not wet like condensation made it soggy, no. It was like butter. Someone poured liquid butter over the chicken, it was actually dripping butter. I opened the biscuit up and both sides of the biscuit are sopping with butter. The chicken was so cold, the cheese had nothing to melt with. This food is inedible.
