The service here has gotten pretty bad recently. Drive thru can take 30+ minutes, and occasionally getting my order wrong, etc

Dont normally leave a bad review/complain but this was just obnoxious. If I'd known they were only going to fill up my large fry to halfway, I would've just saved the extra money and gotten the small/medium. This has happened multiple times now over the course of the last several months. Additionally the burger was room-temp at best.

My favorite McDonald's! They are always preparing good, hot food. The staff has always been courteous there. My only knock is the design of the inside is a little funky but that aside, I always try to go back to this McDonald's in particular.

Seem fine in person, but this location is not great for ordering on the apps. My order is always wrong. I have no idea if the apps are causing the issue or if it is the store, but I haven't had the issue with all locations.

I am never going to McDonald's again. This place has never, not even once gotten my daughter's order right. Number one, no onions, extra pickles. Today, it had nothing on it. It was a dry burger. I even repeated the order multiple ti es because I know they always mess it up.I don't understand why anyone would eat here.

I'm not a huge McDonald's fan but occasionally I'll go in for a drink or breakfast. I have to say this location in Marietta on Sandy Plains RD is the cleanest location I've ever been in and they have the most helpful and most pleasant employees!
Ordered a 4 piece mc crispy and gave me 3 and barely gave me any fries. Food tasted mediocre they could’ve done better

I was at this unit today 06/09/2025 at 4:02 pm and was attended to by a super stressed, rude and impolite female attendant. The manager and the cleaning lady were great and super polite and were very kind to me. But this attendant was a displeasure to be served by her.
