The snack wrap did not meet expectations as it was dry, cold, and the fries seemed stale. It is disappointing to see such poor quality in the food served. Additionally, the sprite had an unpleasant taste as well.

went to this location Sunday at 10:15 AM and I am disgusted and will never come back again. The manager who is a heavyset Hispanic male is very rude and got a attitude because I corrected him on a price that he tried to overcharge me for. He does not know how to do his job. He’s rude every time he’s there. The line is super long and unorganized when he’s there. He lost a customer with his attitude ans. Please let your manager know if he looked at any of the signs outside of his store, the sausage egg and cheese McGriddles are on sale! He swore up and down that it was not on sale and forced me to pay the full price then got mad when I asked for a refund because I refuse to be overcharged!! I included a picture of one of the signs at his very location so he could see and understand and not embarrass himself again and lose more customers by overcharging and cheating them out of their money!!

The customer service was horrible. Worst McDonald’s to ever go to. I would not recommend you go to this McDonald’s. My girlfriend and I had gotten six McChicken‘s and only gave us five and when we pulled around to the drive-through and had showed them the receipt, a lady that was working there and the manager were very rude, And when I had tried to explain the issue and showed them the receipt as well the manager had an attitude like I was the problem and claimed he had back the McChicken‘s himself.
