This place, is so unpredictable. They are under staff or run out of food... There's always something wrong here. Need better management and customer service skills. Some folks are good here but, most have a terrible attitude. I am sure it is due to management and low staffing. This is a very busy location and they need more help. The moral is bad.

Their service has became slow and horrible. They terminated their 3rd shift for the lobby because The Mexican Manager they have running the place refused to hire any Blacks. I know because I was present at the job fair and only Black Applicants showed up and they refused to hire anyone of us, instead they opted out and just closed an entire shift instead. McDonald's was founded by Americans for Americans but now it's an American Discgace!

Food was hot and fresh. The drive thru is a little slow but the food made it worth the wait. Staff is polite and professional

The manager on duty, I believe his name is Stephan. Well his energy is amazing and he like that every time we come. Our home is by the spring rd location and it’s night and day. Please come see him and McDonald’s please make him an owner operator. I promise y’all need more people like him. Again amazing!!!
The kiosks are awesome it speeds up the service times. The restaurant is clean, the employees are managed well and friendly. One employee gave me details on how to use the McDonald's app code to utilize the daily deals and coupons . I had a great experience it was affordable and the wifi works as well. The coupons vary but I like the beverages for 1$ any size and the double cheeseburger 40% off. Once they had a double cheeseburger for 50¢. It's fun and you earn rewards points for free items also.
