Had to cancel order. It took 35 minutes to be served. Staff is the worse. They did not care I was cancel the order. It looks they are use to it. None of them wearing name tag.

I have a friend who works their overnight shift. They told me many things about this location. I'd like to add my two pennies for those who seem angry. Not ALL the night staff are terrible, but the good ones like my friend, are pushed to breaking points and quit. As they should. Toxic environments breed bad workers and managers.Now, this all from their convo with me.For one, the reason why you don't get food is because they serve off the order before its made. This makes it hard for grill, and fry station to keep up. It's ALL about their TIMERS. This is why things are "cold, missing, or incorrect."Two. Between the hours of 3am-4am, there are no orders being taken as its the shutdown and cleaning time between night shift and breakfast crew. This isn't told to the public so that's why everyone is getting upset during that hour.Three, some of the good staff try to handle your complaints and try to fix them but end up being written up by the managers for handing out food.Four, telling someone if they don't want to work to go somewhere else, bless your heart... some of those workers have 2-3 jobs. Some of the staff don't want to work, but I know my friend does and they work damned hard.I hope this helps the public, also, if you're having this much trouble with a place, seriously, go eat somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation. This location isn't going to get better, especially with how things are handled and done.

Too many kids playing aroundGirl asked me 4 times what my door dash number was and after standing there a good 20+ minutes another girl tells me the number not in system.The front wasn't even busy. There was only 3 of us. Why does drive thru need 10 people???????

This restaurant has been trash a long time. I never expect much from McDonald's but I ordered a meal with a cup of water. They wanted to to charge me for an extra drink for me asking a CUP of water. I said cancel the water, they said no, your good. You'll get the the coke and no upcharge for the water. I get to the window.... there was no coke just a larger water and the meal....then they look at you as if you're crazy. Whomever is franchising this location should lose it all together. The location on Spring road Smyrna has waaaaaaayyy better customer service even with their issues and farther from me....much better. The ghetto, subpar, and penny pinching atmosphere at this location is beyond belief. I work at a law firm dealing with this type of trash customer service and I worked at McDonald's over the years so I try to say nothing. However, this McDonald's is awful and they're right by the well known braves stadium. I honestly want anybody who reads this to report them to the better business bureau and food safety commission. This particular location should be shut down because I wanted to return my food tonight.....not only off of the bad customer service, me asking "how much" then upcharged more but then before upset and driving off ....seeing roaches on their kiosk but the line was long. I waited to turn around and of course the lobby was Locked. Shut this location down immediately and/or find better franchise owners. This location has progressively gotten worse and for me to complain on McDonald's says a lot. They are penny pinching and hiring Jeffrey Dahmer at this point just to get a bonus. Shame on this location. I'm literally discussing this with my law firm colleagues about this. I want nothing but I do want the manager, district manager, and whomever.,..to do better because at this point they just make up prices and steal
