I come here fairly often, having 3 kids under 8. The food is consistent, service pretty expected. I love that this location has an indoor playground but it needs to be cleaned and the air conditioner has been out for months! Please help with ac and cleaning! Sticky floors in playground and dirt and food everywhere.

McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is consistent and though I hadn't been there in a while decided to jump back in with the app experience. The young woman manning (womanning?) the drive-thru was very helpful and got us through with no hiccups.

I recently had a mobile order from this location not only they messed up order by missing items when I asked for them they couldn’t even speak English or understand what was happening. Only response was can’t find order. Very disappointing service.

this place is service was awful. Their employees were terrible, our food was thrown away at our house because they gave us the wrong hamburgers, most of my family is allergic to cheese, the chicken nuggets were disgusting, they were gunky black balls, which led to us throwing our food out, I will never visit again zero out of 10 and to finish it off the multiple hairs

Had a mobile order today for lunch (Check-In# SL58-8578333), my double filet o fish sandwich, a 4-piece McNuggets and a McDouble burger were missing. Too far to go back and too busy to call right away, went back around 6:20 pm same day and talked to Daniel the manager on duty, he said I didn’t call right away and there was nothing he could do about it. Learned my lesson and I guess I should never go back to this store.

The staff was insanely rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative with me and my friends. they lost my order and insisted i had to pay twice even tho i had to receipt of the mobile order on my phone and the credit card charge. after paying for my meal a second time i asked how to get a refund and the lady was no help and said i had to figure it out myself instead. when management had to finally step in they did nothing to make it better and instead claimed I had to figure it out on my own and seemed bored by our problem. additionally this location is NEVER open on their hours listed. they are supposed to be open till 11 but always close at least an hour early with their inside dinning closing 2 HOURS earlier. overall this was such a horrible experience that i hope will be fixed in the future.

The people who work here are so unbelievably rude. They close the inside two hours earlier than it says on the website, app, the signs on all of their windows. My friend ordered through the app and it charged her card, but it did not show up in the system. Instead of trying to fix the problem and look at our obvious receipt that she paid and that it charged her card, they were rude and made us pay again if she wanted to get her order. We asked about a refund or anything and they were disrespectful and dismissive. She ended up having to pay twice just because they could not find it in their system. It’s not even about the money, it’s about the blatant disrespect that they showed everyone one of us in that car. Never have I experienced such aggravating attitudes by these workers, and if I could give them 0 stars I totally would. They did a terrible job on the food too, not worth it in the slightest.

Service is fast, food is as expected usually, prices inflated like everywhere. I ordered a Big Mac on my last visit and wasn't impressed at all. They seem like they shrank and dried up I was dissapointed when I opened the box. Now I remember why the QP with cheese is my goto for burgers. Fries were hot, salted, and tasty. ?

Visited this location on 4th of July. Went through the drive through and ordered two meals and was not told my total at the speaker. When I pulled up to the window the employee opened the window two inches and took my card without speaking to me. Then he handed it back still without speaking to me. I received a notification that I was charged $23.70. I pulled up to the next window and the young lady at that window told me that my order had not been paid for and my total was $15.45. I tried to explain that I think I was accidentally charged for a different order and showed her on my bank account that I had just paid $23.70. The girl went and got her manager who came up and rudely snapped "where is your receipt?" I told her that the young man didn't give me one and showed her the charge to my account. I asked her f she could go back and void that charge and I would happily pay my $15.45 for the correct meal. The manager then told me that she wasn't going to go ask him or look into it at all and that the payment didn't go through because it was still showing I owed $15.45. We went back and forth for several minutes as I tried explaining that I do owe $15.45 but I needed her to either void or refund the money I had already paid. She kept telling me she wasn't going to refund anything or give me my food. Then she started speaking in Spanish to the other employees. I understand more than enough Spanish to know that she was accusing me of theft. She also repeatedly called me "gringa" to my face. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I paid for my food and left and the charge for the $23.70 is still on my card. The manager's name is Elvia and honestly she needs to be removed from a customer service position.
