I placed an order online and it went to the wrong location pulled to the drive thru the guy said come to window to talk to the manager. She says u have to reorder again, I said ok can I pay here she said yes but the other guy never listens or helps her out and proceeds to tell me to go back through the drive thru which is now packed to order one sandwich. This is after she said she said she could take my payment at the window. Horrible horrible customer service.

Upon entering the restaurant, I saw a worker servicing the ordering kiosk and no one at the counter. I just waited a couple minutes to see if she was going to greet me and explain where I can order. A few minutes passed. Finally, I asked her " is this kiosk the only way to order or can I order at the counter?" She behaved as if I had inconvenienced her with my questions. She pointed to the other side of the kiosk and said, "Use that one we only takin to go orders." No smile, no nothing. I am just sick and tired of rude and disrespectful workers not doing their job and providing no customer service and then wonder why customers are not friendly. Immediately after I finished my kiosk order, a family of 6 comes in and a worker Immediately appears at the counter and took their order. It was weird to me because I was just told to-go orders by kiosk only right now. So I went to the facilities to gather myself. I come back and my order is sitting on the counter with no drink cup. So now my fries and burgers are getting cold while I wait watching at least 6 workers see me at the counter and ignore me for several minutes. I mean, I made eye contact with each of them and no one acknowledged me. Finally, someone comes to the counter not to ask me what I need but to give out the next order to a customer after me. I had to catch her before she turned to ignore me again i am missing my drink cup that a drink comes with my order. She studies my receipt then hands me a cup. Again, no I'm sorry to make you wait or anything. And while all of this is happening, one of the kids from the large family vomitted on the floor next to the drink dispenser. The mother said sorry and explained what happened to a worker. And you guessed it, no one was in a rush to clean up the vomit. In fact, it was still there when i left. I will not be back. And I hope the staff get either retrained or replaced.
Eggs are bland. Claims to be Michelin 5 star restaurant. People are cool. Saw a cool lady here with an original FJ cruiser. Was a cool experience overall.

Typical McDonald's.It is what it is.. no matter where you go McDonald's tastes exactly the same. It's most notable in the onions. you can travel state by state and the onions stay the consistent flavor across the country. That's because they have their very own McDonald's strain of onion that you cannot buy it has been genetically modified for McDonald's they are the only ones that have it and yes they own farms to grow them. Weird yeah?
