Came in and got my food promptly. My order was correct and everything was hot. The bathroom could've been cleaner but overall a pretty good McD's.

What the heck happened to intelligence! Several orders in the Q waiting on food but my order was 2 drinks and 2 large fries. Despite the line person appearing to have nothing to do she was not getting drinks ready or fries bagged, or calling for "fries down" as would be expected with so many orders in the Q. 20 min in and she refused to start on my order till the preceeding orders were filled althoughshe was bagging nothing and doing NOTHING. Not even getting drinks / fries ready for the orders "preceeding" mine. No excuse to wait 20+ min for 2 drinks and 2 fries. It's called FAST FOOD for a reason. How about some training in critical thinking?
I am literally at this store right now. The manager told me his name was Lorenzo, I think that is untrue. I have food with mac sauce literally all over it. I brought the food back. "Lorenzo" refused to remake the food. He also told me that there is no corporate number for him to give me & even if there was he would not give it to me. He says he is not going to tell on himself. He was very rude & nasty. I only asked for the food to be remade.

I wish I knew her name but the lady who works the window of the drive through every morning is such a sweet heart! I literally love to go through the drive through in the mornings because she is there.
