We ordered from the app 15 minutes ahead, they took 20 AFTER we arrived. Employees are totally lost ignoring an old woman who couldn't order through the screens. They messed up the orders adding pickles where they shouldn't and not where they should, this was a mobile order so it was written down, no ordering time mistake . The coke zero was diet Coke. The large fries were only filled half way. There's something broken on the children games area, like a motor, that's making noise and some smoke with a smell, and nobody cared. Go somewhere else, avoid this place.

Worst McDonald's in the area The play area is horrible and unsafe.
They took forever to get us our food and the order was all wrong. I poured a coke zero from the machine but it was diet not zero. Clearly labeled incorrectly
All the employees were yelling and disorganized, I had to point out to them that there was a line to order after they ignored it for several minutes.
Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Second time in a row of placing a mobile order ahead of time and going to restaurant and waiting for a long period of time. First time it took 18 minutes from placing order of 2 kids meals to it being ready and second time it took 14 minutes. If I was in the drive thru I would’ve been served much quicker. Mobile ordering ahead of leaving my house shouldn’t be taking longer that if I drove up. Manager needs to be aware of this.
