This is beyond the worst McDonald's ever. First of all, no one is at the counter to take orders, people are standing around. No one is telling them or directing people on how you're supposed to have your order done. Then someone asked if anyone taking orders and the girl said From the back where the grill is she said we don't even have no Cooks. I'm not even supposed to be back here. Bad customer service, massages and I just LEFT!!!! IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TRIP COMING DOWN THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND I DID NOT!!!!!

I have no idea what this location does differently than others but their food is ALWAYS incredibly fresh. The food comes out looking like an actual ad. Its by far the best and most consistent McDonalds our family has ever been to.

I stop here almost everyday before work and am never disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh. But what makes the experience even better is Sammie in the drive thru. His customer service is absolutely amazing. He remembers my order and how I like it without having to say a word. Phenomenal young man. Thank you Sammie for being as kind and great as you are!

It's McDonald's it's what you would expect. The service at this one is very slow however. With only 5 cars in the drive-thru it took at least 20 minutes to get my daughter a happy meal.

We ordered from the app 15 minutes ahead, they took 20 AFTER we arrived. Employees are totally lost ignoring an old woman who couldn't order through the screens. They messed up the orders adding pickles where they shouldn't and not where they should, this was a mobile order so it was written down, no ordering time mistake . The coke zero was diet Coke. The large fries were only filled half way. There's something broken on the children games area, like a motor, that's making noise and some smoke with a smell, and nobody cared. Go somewhere else, avoid this place.

They took forever to get us our food and the order was all wrong. I poured a coke zero from the machine but it was diet not zero. Clearly labeled incorrectly
All the employees were yelling and disorganized, I had to point out to them that there was a line to order after they ignored it for several minutes.
Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
