Denise is the manager there on the morning shift and she really knows how to go above and beyond with her customer service. I came a few mins before they opened but she still let me in and took my order. I got fresh food and everything.

Friendly service but I always get honey mustard when I use the app to ask for plain honey. Not sure if that's a southern culture thing. They also can easily get orders wrong with changed items. Eg, we asked for a quarter pounder with nothing but cheese and bacon and we got everything no mustard.

I don’t know about every day but last night when I went, the place was disgusting the soda machine was running so they’re just flowing out of it no ice. The same lady kept asking me what I was waiting for over and over again after I already told her even after I was told my food was ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes. my three year-old twins were playing in the play area and another child scratched my son‘s arm to where the skin was coming off. they gave away so much food because they kept getting orders wrong or forgetting stuff or making people wait. One guy got called a liar when he said he was missing some chicken nuggets.
Grabbed a quick bite, service was ok, but something had them held up for a while.

Good food. Mostly good service but at time the younger employees do not smile repeat orders or check to make sire you have the requested condiments (even for online orders). Be sure to check your food before you leave.
This morning the man at the first window was amazing. Was energetic friendly repeated my order. Most like a manager or GM, different vibe at the 2nd window. The ladies were just going through the motions of pushing orders put the window.
