Worst customer service… ordered a happy meal they gave it to me with no nuggets. Had to drive all the way back. Asked for my happy meal for my child… they had an attitude. Also asked to get refund for my cold food. The manager came out with a massive attitude as I talked to her. She wa son her phone laughing.. no refund nor new meal. DO NOT COME HERE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Please fire the manager just look at the reviews. Doesn’t McDonalds care? This is customer service.

Why do they have problem giving two grape jellies for each biscuit purchased? Also why go up on prices for items. Seniors have hard enough time with economy. Now I can go purchase same items at grocery store and make it myself.

This location is good with getting what they think is right. For the past three or so months when my family and I go to play on the play ground or for breakfast or just drinks. We always are given the wrong size something or the drive thru cashier has a problem giving what I ask for. Because someone they took the order takes it down wrong even after I fix it at the window. And as much as I'd like to say it was misunderstood this happens every single time To the point only breakfast and playing on the play area is why we go sometimes good behavior or etc. My kids love to play hear but the disrespect is unreal.

Drive thru customer service was awful.

I come here most mornings for breakfast. I always seem to have an issue. Today I asked for a manager and when the drive thru attendant went to get her she rudely stayed where she was refusing to speak with me about a small issue regarding a burrito. Her attitude was so rude, she began clapping and saying something to her co-workers about my issue. But yet never came to address the issue. Normally I would have continued on. But today I'm simply to tired to argue with McDonald’s employees over dollar menu items. Rachel the manager really need to be retrained, this comes from someone who has been a general manager at several locations. I like the new management, but they still have work to do with their management team. Managers like Rachel will cause business to go down, especially when you never know who's coming to visit your restaurant. I could have very much been a secret shopper or a regional manager.
