One of the best McDonald’s I ever been to. I went through drive through and used the app. Alecia/Or Alicia took my order. She was professional and had great personality. You could really see her smile through the speaker. She even upsold me an item when I was placing my order. Angeles at next window was fast prompt and communicated.She smiled the whole Kitchen and restaurant seemed really clean. Kudos to this McDonald’s. This is how all McDonald’s should operate.

if I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I bought a medium fry and a double cheeseburger the double cheeseburger burger was burnt, and the fries were cold and old when I asked for fresh fries, half of the container was dumped out and fresh fries was dumped on top of the old fries.

I went to the drive thru i was trying to place my order but thw lady want3d to act liek she couldnt hear me very rudely and when qe got to the front she wanted to talk about mw to my mom on how she didnt gwt this and thst ordr when i told her when she wasnt listening. Always have good food! I have been here at 5:00am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, 12am, and their food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is hot and fresh. The frappes and smoothies are great, my wife and I get one, two, and sometimes three frappes/ smoothies EVERYday! I appreciate it McDonald’s!!! All, mar note one morning I came to windy hill location at 4:19am, the lady said something I couldt understand other than were closed, I wanted a frappe and smoothie as always, and I rolled around the building ONE time, jus once, and there were four cars inline, and already McDonald’s was now open. Well, I wired inline 5 minutes and they DIDNOT HAVE THE MACHINE CLEAN!! Point of saying all this is I APPRECIATE DELK ROAD cuz they were open and they did have frappe and smoothie machine clean, and it was one of the best smoothies I have had from here. KEPP RHE GOOD WORK UP DELK ROAD… come here!!! NOT WINDY HILL!!!

Worst McDonald’s in the metro Atlanta area. Evening shift staff should lose their jobs because of how incompetent and rude they are. They always forget items in our order (yes, multiple times) and they have the slower turnover than the corporate average. The franchisee needs to do something about who they hire.

Ordered breakfast at 10:50 , they canceled my order and didn’t return my points after leaving me to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes until it turned 11:00. I’m not going back to any other after this.

Seriously 😒 OVER 40 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND STILL WAITING. Worst McDonald’s ever. And I wondered why they are LOW RATED. ‼️ update ⚠️ 12/25/2025 After almost an hour, we got to the window, my rider asked for his order that he already ordered an hour before we get to the window, the man with glasses said “we don’t have your order”, the rider literally showed him that he was charged , but couldn’t get the receipt. But the smart McDonald’s employee told him “re-order and get in the line again”. You must be kidding me lol The he called a lady (skinny &tall) she was able to get the order.
McDonald’s owner replied to my review asking for details. You don’t need any details, you have cameras around your restaurant, check the drive through line between 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm on 12/24/2025. And I AM NOT CONTACTING YOU/McDonald’s for any reason or details. Because, you are NOT GOING TO FIX IT, UNLESS YOU REPLACE THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (EXCEPT THE SKINNY LONG LADY) with A PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT CAN DO A FASTER AND MORE ACCURATE JOB.
