I placed an order at the kiosk and I heard the worker say she wasn't going to take the order. I go to the register and it's 3 employees standing there no one asked did we need help or anything. I get ready to leave and it was another customer behind and one of the employees that was standing there ask her do she need help. I asked her did she not see me standing there she says she on break but was willing to take the other customer. The manager comes and tell the girl to walk away she don't have to say nothing to me and she turned and walked away also. This store is so unprofessional. They need to do better or hire new people that want to work.

Part of my order was a 6 count nugget and when I opened the nugget container all there was is some sort of disgusting mix of mayo and mustard sauce in the container.. no nuggets at all, just some sauce that looked like vomit, there’s no way that was not on purpose, it was disgusting.

I made their job easy and placed a mobile order since this Mcdonald's has a track record of issues. There's an upcharge for fountain drinks (including sweet tea) for drinks that are combos. It comes with the drink. How? That was a week ago and today I went back and the young girl with long acrylic nails that had visible debris underneath them was so rude to me for no reason. I've worked in management for high volume restaurants for years and know how to treat people with respect. They clearly don't and I asked for three different things (water, ice and cookies) and she refused to get any of them for me making things up about the machine not working. If you don't have running water you cannot legally operate. So maybe come up with a different lie or just tell me you hate your job and don't want to do it

I work at UPS and stopped in on my break to use the bathroom. I was told I had to male a purchase. After informing the lady at the front that I would after because I was stopping for lunch she still refused. I nearly pissed on myself because I had to run next door to relieve myself. I'll make sure to tell every other UPS driver in the area not to stop and eat here. Absolutely ridiculous.

I visited this McDonald's on Nov. 19, 2024 to get a coffee at around mid afternoon. I normally go through the drive through but I had to use the restroom. Upon approaching the restroom I noticed it was remodeled with a security entry lock.. I went to the front counter and requested access. I was told I had to buy something 1st. I purchased my coffee and returned to bathroom door. It took about 20 secs before door was released. The door was very heavy to push. I returned to counter and shared my experience with alleged manager and she shared maybe I should not visit again. I had a thermal cup and I attempted to get some ice to cool down coffee. It's known to be very Hott. She shouted I was not allowed to get ice with my personal cup. I asked her for ice and she ignored me. She went to attend to her servicing. I asked another team member and he gave me my cup of ice and I left. I have watched this McDonald go through a lot of staff changes through years. I enjoyed a better experience with a more diversified staff, meaning Mexicans included. The Mexicans seem to be more customer engaged then the others. I will avoid your store as much as possible. Very disappointed in the behavioral measures of a lead. Regardless of the demographic challenges in the area I should of never been treated with that tone. No one should have to push a heavy door to get access to a bathroom and no one should have to wait in line to purchase to get access to a bathroom. Good luck with the customer experience at this location.

I went in to wash my hands waiting on my order an what seem to be a employee walked in while i was drying my hands and used the restroom and walked straight out nit washing his hands into thr kitchen... i came around to see where he went and saw him at the back of the kitchen.. i inform the manager a mexican guy just walked to the back and didnt wash his hands after useing the restroom. she replyed owe hes maitnance and did nothing... WoooooooooW this guy in the kitchen i watched the whole time my sandwich was made. never again
