This McDonalds is terrible. I went through the drive-through, and they got my order wrong. I addressed it at the window, and the employee who only spoke Spanish told my husband we had to go back around and order again. All they had to do was add two more double cheese burgers to my order but instead made me wait in the line a second time even though it was their mistake. When we got to the first window, I got no apology or anything. The guy didn't even say anything at all. Almost robotic. Then back to the second window. I told my husband ask for four waters and a honey mustard. The same lady tried to shove the bag at me and close the window really quickly. My husband basically had to yell to get her to slow down. He could only get her to listen long enough to ask for the waters before she rolled her eyes and shook her head at him, slamming the window. Then he also asked for the honey mustard. She scoffed and shoved it in my hand before slamming the window the last time. Terrible service!! I hate it when the employees treat the customer like a burden. You wouldn't even have a job if it weren't for the customers! Treat them right.

Tonight they refused to give my husband his food after it was paid for and said the order was old. Then my husband ask can they remake his food and they said no and argued with him and a male worker from the back started talking about how he going to call his people to bring guns.Long story short they called the police and told them my husband said if they don’t make is food he going to get a gun, and him and his friend got CT for 5 years .
We were asked to pull forward because our mobile order wasn't ready. After 10 minutes for was bright out minus one of our fries. Went in and no one acknowledged me. Spoke out loud and was told but the fry lady I would have to wait. Turns out that was the manager. She filled two orders before I spoke up again, then she started sweeping... The cashier finally got my fries. Probably won't be going back to this one for awhile.
