Mcdonald's is really on a decline overall but this location was the worst that I have been to in a long time. There was an elderly lady that stood at the counter for 5 minutes and could not understand why no one was there to take her order. I explained to her about the kiosk but she did not feel comfortable using it. I had to yell to the back for someone to come and help her. Couple that with the fact that my order when finally received, after a lengthy wait, was incorrect I was patient and the young man did correct the order. My children and I attempted to enjoy our meal but I realized that the frappe was a little too sweet and requested some water from the young lady that was laying across the counter on her cell phone (which now explains the elderly people waiting for orders to be taken and a backed up drive through) proceeds to tell me that they no longer give out complimentary waters due to people not being honest and getting another drink. I explained to her that I already purchased a drink and simply wanted some water. She proceeded to roll her eyes and get annoyed with me. I told her it will not taste good to put the water in the frappe cup but if she could rinse the cup out for me that will save her from having to give me another cup. She caught another attitude and I attempted to rinse the cup myself but got upset and left. I felt that she challenged my integrity even after I explained that I was a customer that had already paid for a drink. To make matters worse her attitude was horrible. 0 out of 10 would NEVER recommend. Chick-fil-a all day. They need to start opening on Sunday so I never have to go to a Mcdonald's again.

Ordered lunch at the drive-thru, went to window to pay, handed him a $20 and all of a sudden he says “we have no cash here.” Why would a multi-billion dollar corporation have no cash?! Now mind you this McDonalds is hit and miss as far as service and food anyway but this was the final straw. I will not waste my time or CASH here anymore.

They take the fast out of fast food you’re better off going to a sit down restaurant if you’re in a time crunch

Service was horrible The person taking orders was completely rude. Then we had to wait for our food to be brought out to us and they forgot fries so we had to go back inside to get the fries and there was tea spilt all over the floor and they didn’t do anything except for place a caution sign over it and then nobody wanted to help us with getting the food that they forgot they also gave us sauce that was opened already for the nuggets.

Half a slice of cheese on a sandwich, they do not give the game pieces as advertised (not on the nuggets), and they want $4 for the kids toy. McDonald's has gone downhill bad!

Just Me

When it's good it's good but when it's bad it's really bad. Mostly just a lazy no one wants to cook, quick pick up night so the kids stop their complaining about how all of their other friends parents actually make dinner before 930 at night! Still not sure why when they hang out over at these friends houses and don't get home until 10 they still haven't eaten but I digress.

They turn the (Arches) light off early to reduce business and the night shift workers are consistently rude at this location.

I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. Manager (African American with locs) was very dismissive and basically told me to take my issue up with corporate. My story is too long to write out but basically I did not receive the meal I paid for. I understand that people are dealing with a lot and I try to take that into consideration with every interaction that I have. I also have trained young people for many years so I have the patience of Job. I actually waited one full day before giving this review to make sure it was not written out of anger. To the owner, please know the staff and customer service is a reflection of you.
