This place needs either new employees.... or more employees... they're just totally out of control running this place . If u can find another location .trust me . Never had this kind of experience from any other location.

I've worked in customer service for years so its not some angry rant because I got cold fries. I know how to treat people , even on my worst days. But seriously, really bad customer service. And to add insult to injury, order was wrong when I got home. No one wouldn't answer the phone. These places are going down hill pretty fast. It's not worth the money or time if people are gonna be rude while I'm spending my hard earned money for food that doesn't even taste the same anymore.

I ordered “curb side pickup”. It was only one happy meal and it was not even busy. I waited for more than 15 min only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter the whole time. What is the point of curbside pickup if I’m going to leave my car? And no one said sorry when I pointed this out. Worst experience

Very unprofessional and I've worked in fast food for years so I get you were busy but I shouldn't have to hear my name from a male employee being called out multiple times (in a rude way)because of 3 simple orders I had placed and the order was Still wrong.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have experienced. Time after time they have messed up my order, the staff has been rude, and they make you sit in the drive thru spots for 15 minutes. That’s not fast food.
Today the guy who delivered it in my car dropped my bag of food through the window. Didn’t even hand it to me.
And their chicken recipe sucks now. It tastes like biting into someone arm. Disgusting.
The only thing good here is the soda machine and that says a lot.

This is one of few McDonald’s where I find the workers are actually so sweet and have such great energy. Food is always good and I usually see Siri with the bangs and she is always so nice! I really appreciate the good service here!

i’ve been coming here for awhile now, i’ve never once been given my order right. they had my boyfriend wait outside in the parking lot for 20 MINUTES!! after they messed up the order, they’ve sent us someone else’s order before as well, today the lady at the speaker was so rude and pushy, she didn’t even greet us at the window or give us our receipt, she got on her phone and walked away didn’t once open that window. seriously mcdonald’s. hire people who want to work for you, i get treated like crap here because people don’t like their jobs.

Ehh. Service is crap, way too expensive (and I am known for not being cheap in the least bit) employees could care less about their job. Everyone cuts in line and security and employees watch them do it. THE PLACE HAS JUST GONE DOWNHILL AND YET, IT'S ALMOST BEYOND OBTAINABLE AS FAR AS PRICE GOES. SO I get worse service, am attitude if I have a question, and I have to pay a lot more for it. Makes sense right? OF COURSE IT DOESN'T!!!!
