I go to this McDonalds quite a bit and I have no problems. Like yeah maybe some employees are rude but the food is NEVER bad bc it’s freaking McDonalds 😭. Don’t expect top tier service if ur going to a fast food chain like its not a fancy restaurant. Its just an average McDonalds. Everyone that works there is super helpful and they never skimp out on fries and its always rlly clean. Idk why its getting so many bad reviews.

Listen, I know the food business, on any level. Restaurants, hotels, high-end, hood spots, destination spots, trendy places, hole in the wall places to eat, all over this country. It’s not play time at McDonalds, if I’m not mistaken there’s an area in there for that. I asked the young lady with the gold teeth, “are the fries hot”, she states, “yes they are”, they weren’t; limp with no gusto in em. On top of that I asked for extra mayo and ketchup, for me, 4-6 packets, I got 2 ketchups. The gentleman with the black shirt, the shift leader I’m assuming, was coaching her on what to do, but hiding from site at the pick up window. We all need to tighten up, I’ll request the meal “hot” or, “fresh”, but as we know in this business, on any level, it’s about the details, let’s go above and beyond, and make it happen.

Soooooo this is supposed to be a FAST FOOD restaurant BUT every time I have stopped by I ALWAYS have to pull up to the CONE at the corner of the parking log/drive thru , when they literally have NO ONE in the line… they let cars pile up at the cone then have them park in the designated Drive Thru spots AND THEN they bring out your food and food is subpar and not fresh… make it make sense.
I ordered a 10 piece meal and it DIDN’T come. It was very disappointing because they brought the fries and the drink but did not bring the nuggets? If you order online it is better for you to go inside, it said 20 minutes then 27 then 10 minutes! Just go inside.Food was cold,and they DO NOT answer the phone. Chick fila is better for you then this treatment.

This place needs a new manager. I was there for twenty minutes when it wasn't even busy and my food was never given to me. I will never come back here. I'm complaining to Corporate and when they send me the Im sorry coupon for free food, I will give to a smelly homeless person to use when you're actually busy.

Came through drive thru after being at work since 5 this morning. It’s almost 4 pm now. If I didn’t get my receipt I would have been charged for 2 drinks, they had to refund me. Then the next window they don’t have the order right. Management and the employees have no empathy or sympathy when they are the ones making the mistake. Why did I have to walk in after being in my feet all day? Why did they rush me with my order? Why did they mess up and charge me for something I did not order? Why did they still make and hand me my order which didn’t have everything with it? Customer service was not at all there, nor was attentiveness. Not the worst experience but definitely could have been better.
