Look I get that it is busy on new years eve and other holidays etc, but that doesn't give an excuse to have your website melt down, wait on hold forever to order a pizza, then pick up a cold pizza exactly 45 mins later (as told as the ready time) that looks like it was drugged and violated at a p Diddy party. Do better

This is our favorite mellow mushroom location, the young people who work here are the best. The pizza is always hot and the service is always great!

We had an issue with our delivery (via DoorDash) and when I called, I talked to the manager Steven. I know Mellow doesn’t have control over what DoorDash does or doesn’t do, but Steven was able to make things right!!

Went for Lunch Special on a Saturday and it's only available Mon - Fr. If you get a chance during the week, try it. It is well worth the price. We created our own sharable meal. We split an Italian Hoagie and we split a small Greek Salad. The small is enough for two if you aren't a big eater. Everything was delicious. My daughter treated me so I don't know who the server was but she was excellent. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here but we loved it and will be back, probably for the weekday lunch special (a Salad, a Slice of Pizza and a drink).

Frequent customer. But this time was the worst. They canceled my order on DoorDash after they prepared it because the first driver canceled on picking up the order. The second driver showed up to pick up the order two minutes after closing hours and they were closed and locked up. Didn’t even wait to give the order to the driver. Never ordering from here ever again.

At 7:00 with barely 30% capacity I have a takeout ordered 30 minutes ago. Still not done and the takeout cashier is unbelievably unbothered. 6 people on the line and barely anything coming out? Are there even managers?

You would expect since the price of restaurant food is so ridiculously high that you would at least get exceptional service. Not so much at this location. We waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be delivered to our table. The place only had a handful of patrons. By the time our food was set before us, I was so infuriated that I couldn’t enjoy myself. Well, I guess I understand why the place wasn’t busy. Not worth going again. Really disappointed.
