I recently visited Mellow Mushroom Pizzeria in West Cobb, and it’s honestly not the same place it used to be. The pizza was a massive disappointment—soggy, undercooked, and lacking in quality ingredients. The dough was thin and even a little burnt, yet somehow still managed to be soggy in the middle. There was hardly any cheese, and what little there was didn’t even cover the dough properly, falling short of the crust and sliding off in chunks. Plus, the taste was strangely “off” and almost suspect. Whoever is in the kitchen needs serious retraining or replacement.
