Massively overbooked reservations on Valentine’s Day and sent absolutely no notice to anyone. Arrived 5 minutes early for our 7pm reservation to a long line of people. Slowly find out that we all have 7pm reservations and that the current wait for a table (with reservation) is an hour and a half.

Offered absolutely no explanation or apology as to what caused this issue, just that we could wait an hour and a half or leave. Of course at this point there’s no chance of getting a reservation anywhere else so we just went home to eat.

Extremely unprofessional for a place that had the illusion of being a nice restaurant. Clearly not.

So glad that we made reservations weeks ahead of time and drove over 30 minutes to get there.

Wish I could give 0 but I cannot.

My husband made reservations for us weeks in advance for valentines day only to go there and find out numerous people waiting outside in the cold having reservations for the same time. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible experience as the hostess just asked us to leave.
We drove half an hr to just go back without any food.
Note to the management- your service and guest experience begins at the door step and not with food. May be next time be a bit kinder and take charge of reservations. Your miscalculation can ruin someones planned evening

My husband and I went to Mezza Luna last night and we hadn’t been in a couple years so the atmosphere is different. The menus were changed. That’s all a positive but our server that we loved clearly doesn’t work there anymore in the server that we had didn’t bring us bread until our meal came out, barely attended to us never asked us if our food was good never came back and at the end just wanted to ask me if I want dessert and it’s like no I want the check. I have never been so disappointed with an experience that I have loved every time I’ve came there so something has shifted at this restaurant and I just wouldn’t go there if you went a couple years ago. My husband also ordered eggplant Parmesan and was charged and brought veal Parmesan. Six dollar difference did we say anything no because the servers didn’t seem to care and the funny thing is he was very impression less. I can’t even remember his name but it was a he and he had brown hair. I don’t know if the guy was just over it because it was Valentine’s Day weekend and it was Sunday but we deserved better. The funniest part though is it seemed that everyone else in the restaurant was having a good experience bread on the table drinks refilled smiling happy but we didn’t get the same treatment.

Also a weirdly worded reply is all that is given when they know they messed up…. I’ll never be back thanks for not giving a shit

We chose this restaurant after attending a play in Marietta. We had reservations and were seated promptly upon arrival. The servers were nice but clearly overworked. We had to ask several times for napkins and for our bill. Their billing system is very confusing and we had to send our bill back to be corrected. The food was good, although my branzino was too salty. The drinks were fine.

Was looking forward to dining there but unfortunately left very disappointed. We got soup served as our appetizer but had to wait for a spoon even after asking one of the helpers. Entree came a little later and by the time we ate it, it was lukewarm/cold. Not a fan of cold pasta...Since there with a couple we chose to eat it anyway (yes, our bad) but didn't want to make a fuss and delay our meal. Service was fair/unremarkable - water glasses left empty, etc. Entree good, but not great. I told the waitress at check time and she apologized and comped our table a couple deserts. I am going the chalk up as either a really busy night (6:15 on a Sat) or staff shortage. Willing to give it another go at a less busy time and day.

The food and service was amazing! We ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. The serving size was huge. Our waitress, Anastalia was phenomenal. She was very prompt with a very welcoming attitude. She also educated us on the delicious bread (Focaccia) that was served. Everything was great. We will definitely be back

The moment I arrived at Mezza Luna and Pasta, we were warmly welcomed. This family-owned restaurant exudes Italian charm, with a cozy ambiance and the elegance of white-tablecloth fine dining. It was the perfect setting to celebrate an evening of delicious food, great company, and exceptional service.

A special shoutout to Kim, our server, who was incredibly hospitable and thorough in explaining the daily specials—several of which we couldn’t resist trying. We started with the lobster bisque, which was generously packed with shredded lobster. I highly recommend it as a starter. The meal began with complimentary warm Italian bread and olive oil, which paired perfectly with the rich bisque.

For my entrée, I chose the seafood pasta, which was just as satisfying as the lamb chops we ordered. Both dishes were generously portioned, more than enough for a single serving.

To complete our dining experience, we ordered dessert, including gelato, tiramisu, and a cup of hot coffee. With plenty of options to choose from, we were delighted by the homemade texture and flavor of both the gelato and tiramisu.

A few things to note: the overall dining experience was exceptional. The customer service made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the evening. The restaurant offers great value, with the option to dine indoors or outdoors. Additionally, the open parking lot with free parking adds convenience and removes any stress. Overall, Mezza Luna is an excellent choice!

Very disappointed in my take out order. Stromboli was slightly under baked. Not the end of the world, but annoying. The nail in the coffin was the ice cold sauce that came with it. Definitely came straight out of the fridge. I've never experienced that with take out before and for the price I expected better. The cannoli's were overpriced for what you received. $10 for two cannoli's the size of my pinkie. You can get the same quality and size across the street at JJ's for half the price.

I've heard so many good things about Mezza Luna, authentic Italian food prepared by a chef from Italy! The chicken picatta was excellent along with the homemade pasta and sauce. So many tempting choices on the menu, can't wait to comeback. The only thing better then the food and atmosphere was my server Melissa and the bartender Alejandro, they were both so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly that I would come back just for the service alone. I highly recommend it if you want the real Italian experience!
