I've been going here for years and recently went tonight and my friend and I were waiting about 20 minutes one waitress with dark hair and glasses saw us sitting at the table and walked towards us then turned around as if she didn't want to serve us maybe because we were black atleast that's how I felt ,I've never experienced service like this and I won't be back .

They have the worst customer service ever. I use to et here all the time. Then they started penny pinching. I asked for extra salsa and the told me they were $1 a piece. I really wanted to just say refund me my money all together.

The atmosphere of this restaurant could use a little bit of an upgrade. As you can see, all of the chairs are ripped. The sauces on the table are crusty and need a good cleaning and some caps put on them. The music was way too loud for the amount of people that they had in there! I really felt like this was much more of a bar instead of a restaurant, because not many people were eating. The food was OK. We tried the tacos, combination plate, and the mango margarita, which were all good, but the chips and salsa were definitely old. The server was attentive and friendly, and when we asked to turn down the music, she did accommodate us.

I ordered some food and did not get my pupusas and was told that I could come get it and that my doordash driver stole it basically when they just forgot and won't make it right. My doordash driver was a sweet lady that definitely did not steal my food. They are

If I could leave 0 stars I would.I came here to eat and drink with my family. We spent over $300 at this place. The owner is very rude. I ordered a wine and it was brown so it was obviously spoiled. I sent it back and they charged me anyway. I spoke to the owner and she started yelling at me and anyway she didn't want to replace or give me the money back for the wine. They also overcharged us on the account. They charged me $100 for my meal, a Cantarito and the wine I didn't drink. Don't come and spend your money in a place where the owners are rude and bad people.If I could leave 0 stars I would.I came here to eat and drink with my family. We spent over $300 at this place. The food had bugs in it, steak was paper thing, 5 millimeters yeap no kiting, they tried to charge me $3.00 for tap water,$10.00 for soft drinks, this is lunch time and full of drunk ppl from the night before, they stop at my table interrupting our meal, service they have no clue, food is over price for what you get not including the bugs

This place does not pretend to be your typical Mexican restaurant. Their menu is in Spanish, most of the servers don't speak very good English, and the atmosphere just isn't very... American? But that's the point. The food is authentic and very good. Don't expect to get the typical American-ized Mexican food, but also don't expect to get the sort of food you'd come to expect from places that market themselves as "authentic". This place is for the local hispanic community, and I just happened to wander in and ended up really enjoying the food! Tacos were awesome, salsa was excellent, service wasn't extraordinary but was incredibly efficient.Summary: Don't expect La Parrilla, expect something completely different but still very good.

I have eaten at many restaurants in my time and this one had by far the worst tasting food of any place that I have ever been. My girlfriend and I stopped trying to eat after a few bites. The taste of the food that we ordered was horrible with a weird aftertaste that was just as difficult to get rid of as it is to describe it. I ordered nachos and she ordered steak quesadillas, simple stuff that one would think would be difficult to screw up. Wrong. On top of that the items on the menu are waaay overpriced, 4 dollars for a can of coke with no refills, service was abysmal, the place is loud and raucous, and the men who used the restroom behind where we were sitting did not close the door as they stood at the urinal and did not wash their hands afterwards. A completely miserable and disgusting experience all the way around. If you like terrible food, terrible service, and ridiculously high prices then this is your place. A simple order of nachos, quesadillas, and two cokes with tip was $45.00. Don't order the lobster if you go either. That will run you around $90.00. Unbelievable, really. The worst of the worst. If I could give this place a negative 5 star rating I would gladly do it. Caveat Emptor.
