This is our most frequently visited restaurant in East Cobb for contemporary Italian. It’s underrated because you can go cheaper but the difference is quality pasta that is fresh, cooked properly and overall consistent week over week even after 30+ visits. The fresh hot bread rolls are a favorite too! We also love the Aperol Spritz. They’re also open for brunch now although we haven’t yet tried it.

Just had this location, it was my second time and my husband's first. Everything was 10/10.
The new manager Anastasia was so sweet and accommodating even though we came in alittle before closing.
Luis was our server and he was Phenomenal! 🤌🏽. HE took care of us and was so nice and funny and even fixed our pasta order.
I used to go to the location in Buckhead for many hears and the service food had declined so we stopped going. Decided last minute to give this location and try and we're SO HAPPY WE DID. Excelente food and service and can't wait to come back for BRUNCH! ☺️

Decided to try out a new spot while visiting family for 4th of July week, and did not disappoint! Went with our server, Sam T’s recommendation and ordered the chicken parmesan. It was delicious and hit the spot! The tiramisu was also amazing, will definitely be ordering again. The cozy atmosphere made for a memorable evening and a great dining experience. My husband, Peter, and I stepped into Mirko Pasta, last night. This is the Mirko Past located in East Cobb. We were greeted by Louie, who showed us pasta options, and escorted us to a booth. A roomy booth with lots of leg room. From that point. we had a blast. Louie oversaw our drink order, menu orders and never wandered off too far. The pasta was delicious. Did I mention the homemade bread served within minutes of our table selection? Truly extraordinary. Applause to the Head chef and manager, I must close with the excellent service from Mr. Louie.

I went here for my birthday last year and got the ravioli- it was delicious! I came back this year a few weeks ago with friends and it was even better than I imagined. Would definitely recommend this place! Also, this time for my birthday the waiter brought out Tiramisu with no additional charge and it was so good!

We had some 10 people coming to our house for dinner this weekend. We ordered several dishes from Mirko and everyone loved the food. It was ready on time and hot. A special thanks to Courtney and Humberto. We will definitely be eating at the restaurant and ordering food again.
A great day for an after church lunch. We sat outside and the chairs are a little small, but the outside area is very big. The pasta with carbonara sauce is so good! The only bad side was the sauce that comes with the bread rolls. It was some type of Italian applesauce and it just did not taste good. I spat it out. Our server was super nice!
