No taste, too expensive for mediocrity, bad service. They got 2 stars because I didn't get sick and the decor wasn't pretty. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and the emptiness of the place should have been an indicator.
Service was fine. Zero atmosphere - no music even playing. Food was mediocre at best and NOT worth the money. Very plain no salt no flavor at all. I won’t be back.

Tried it for the first time today and it was really good. Had chicken parmesan which was very tasty and the pasta it was served over was incredibly fresh. I ate a lot of what was served and brought at least half home because I ate too much of the bread and dip that was served first. My server, Aidan, checked in often and kept beverages refilled - he was great! I'll definitely be back.

Been going to this and one of their other locations for years. Kids enjoy the meals here more than Olive Garden.

If I could leave a zero or -1, I would. Today I went there and stood at the front for at least 2 minutes while the server was ringing an order in, I was never greeted or acknowledged. He went from the POS system and straight to a table by the door to take their order. There was only three tables where people were sitting and one of the tables was outside on the patio.I have never had poor service like this at this location but I will never go back to that one again. You only get one time to mistreat me.

Server was great, but restaurant was understaffed. One server for the entire restaurant. Food was ok but we were served a spoiled dessert. (Some of my family got sick later bc of it) No manager stopped by to discuss. Overall not bad but not great.

Local Italian restaurant that I was hopping could have been the easy go-to. Initial, impressions of the restaurants décor and layout are very positive. They fit nice and have been done well. I used the restroom to wash my hands before eating and that is where the things started off badly. Restroom is very dark, had to figure out how to turn on the weird light switch. I barely got any soap out of the dispenser. As I straightened my back after washing my hands, I hit my head against the ridiculously low light fixture hanging above the sink. There was empty rolls of toilet paper next to the toilet. No hand blower or paper towels anywhere to dry my hands. I had to use my shirt to dry my hands and to open the door to get out. I put this experience aside and went back to my table to focus on the food. As most Italian restaurants it is appreciated and common to receive complimentary bread/rolls, olive oil, vinegar or mixture of all. Mirko provided rolls and a dipping sauce. Top half of the rolls are very soft and delicious, the bottom half was burnt and harder than the porcelain that the food was served in. The sauce was some kind of hummus/refried beans with a splash of olive oil. Very weird and out of place. We ordered mussels as an appetizer and the sauce and bread are good. These are the smallest mussels that I have ever seen and we were not sure if they were missing from the shell. Mussel are not fresh and we did not eat them. Only the sauce and the bread was eaten. My wife ordered a Caesar salad and it was tasty. Bolognese sauce was decent, but pasta was clearly undercooked and hard. Alfredo pasta that should have had cream sauce and parmesan was almost dry and missing from the plate and pasta. Only parmesan cheese was added by the kitchen at the table after delivery with a spoon. Our table took a few bites and we could not eat it. As far as service, the waitress was exceptional. Waitress attitude, quality and service is excellent. I felt very sorry for the waitress that had to make up for the poor food. We will not patron the restaurant again.

This place has gone WAY down hill. It’s quite obvious that the owner is no longer investing in the upkeep, staff or food.

Fantastic pasta, fantastic service. The mussels were a little too fishy, but everything else was GREAT.
