Normally okay but the way they are preparing food is so unsanitary. I had to ask the employee to switch his gloves after I seen him take a glob of pico off a mans nachos with HIS HANDS with gloves bc he thought he put too much, the guy end up asking for more. So he dumped a ton more on there and went to make my bowl and was picking up stuff without using the spoon. Thats so widly disgusting I almost walked out. Like what if people are alergic to different stuf? Super unsanitary....

I used this Moe's for catering a work lunch. They had the food ready to go right when they said they would, and it tasted great. The meat portions didn't go as far as it said it would on the website when ordering, but I attribute that to having lots of hungry employees to feed! So if you do catering, I'd suggest getting a little extra meat.

The food is good here, but we’ve been multiple times where almost all the drink syrups are out. We ask the staff to replace one of them and they’ll spend 20 minutes replacing all of them while there is a line of people waiting. This has never been after the dinner rush, but around 5 PM when it could’ve been refilled during a lull in business.
