I wanted to take the time to post about my most recent experience. I’ve been eating at Moe’s for years, but this was the first time I used their catering service for a casual, small gathering I was having at my house. The customer service I received from the moment I ordered online was great. Pickup was super easy. Food was already ready and hot. They packed it really well and brought everything out to my car. Located in the shopping center with the Flying Biscuit Cafe. If you don’t know how to get into the parking lot, it can be confusing.

Staff is friendly and orders are typically correct. But the portion sizes tend to be smaller here than at other Moe’s locations.

Normally okay but the way they are preparing food is so unsanitary. I had to ask the employee to switch his gloves after I seen him take a glob of pico off a mans nachos with HIS HANDS with gloves bc he thought he put too much, the guy end up asking for more. So he dumped a ton more on there and went to make my bowl and was picking up stuff without using the spoon. Thats so widly disgusting I almost walked out. Like what if people are alergic to different stuf? Super unsanitary....
