Hm, where do I start. I went to this moes on 2/11/25 around 8:00 pm. My sister and I ordered three bowls and planned to use a 20% off coupon. Now, I want everyone to look closely at the coupon. YES, I understand that it says online and app orders but why would it give you the option to scan in store if it was only for online ordersđ€. I figured since we would have to go in the store anyways to get the order placed online, then it would be no big deal to just place the order in store and scan the IN STORE coupon. When we got to the register, Lindsey (THE MANAGER) says âoh, you canât use this, this is only for online ordersâ. I then asked âthen why does it give you the option to scan in store?ââŠ.. she said âI donât knowâ. If Lindsey had ANY type of customer service, she would have just overrided it manually and honored the coupon. At the time while checking out, I was not aware that Lindsey was the manager but after speaking with another employee and asking who the manager was, we found out it was her. Lindsey actually came up to us after the transaction and said âwhatâs the problemâ. I said âthere is no problem, I just feel this coupon should have been honoredâ. Her demeanor was rude, condescending, and just a HORRIBLE representation of what Moes stands for. It genuinely made no sense for her to not honor it. Yes, I guess I could have told her to cancel the order, refund me, place the same exact order online, and then have them remake the food, but where the hell is the logic in that. I hate to throw the race card, but I am 100% certain that if I was of another race (white) Lindsey would have been more understanding. I am not one to penny pinch, but at this pointâŠ. Itâs just the principle. Moes will not be getting my business anymore. Moes needs to learn that good customer service, leads to repeat customers.

Food here Is amazing, but what should really be noted is how amazing Addy is, one of their main employees. She constantly offers absolutely phenomenal customer service and has single handily created one of the best burritos Iâve ever had. Give that girl a raise or something, she deserves it!!

Foods good when I go normally, but when Addy Clark makes it itâs so much better. By far the best burrito wrapper of all time. Never seen someone so masterfully wrap a burrito in my life.

I have been to this location many times without issues. However today I went and paid for my lunch with a gift card that had just over $11 dollars (verified from my receipt from them last week). The cashier asked for the card and proceeded to press a bunch of buttons and then looked at me and stated âyou only have .31 on the giftcard.â I told her that was incorrect because I was just in there and had just over $11 (my total was $10 and some change) and she asked me for another form a payment. I didnt want to make a scene and there was a line waiting so I handed her cash for the difference and left but 100% she took money off of my giftcard and I will not be returning to this location.

I will personally avoid this location and recommend you do the same. The food is ok but two of the people making it were very rude and I considerate. I understand your life might be hard but thereâs no reason to be rude and dismissive when working in a customer facing role. The other woman with the perma-scowl I guess is the manager, hence the negative culture no doubt. Too many other options in the area where you donât have to deal with poor attitude and angry workers

Restaurantji Recommends
We got 3 quesadillas. Two with steak and bacon, and one country club (with chicken). The steak ones were better, but all three were good. We walked in when it was empty and had two people helping us. As we ordered - bunch of people came in after us. The service got a lot slower at that point but it was acceptable still. We havenât been to this Moes in 3 years and we left saying we need to come back again soon, so overall a good experience.
Parking: Parking is right out front very easy to deal with
Kid-friendliness: Kids love nachos. Here you can sneak in some veggies with pico de gallo

I came back here to give it another shot but red flags as soon as I walked in, dirty store and dining area at noon and nobody was even eating there. The Lady behind the counter was way to loud and had an obnoxious voice, she started putting ingredients in my burrito that I didn't ask for so when I asked her she remarked you didn't want that? I was trying not to get mad at a service worker but this girl was bad and kept being disrespectful. She wrapped the burrito up and threw it on the counter behind her while screaming I'll remake it if you want! That's when I left and told her no I didn't want anything. Horrible service, filthy location and staff is hostile towards customers. Maybe she needs hearing aids and can't afford them working at Moe's, my bad if that's the case but she shouldn't be taking orders if she has that type of handicap or where a sign asking people to be patient with her disability. Ha

Sunday lunch, waited about 15 minutes to order, line was moving. Good food overall, little on the higher price side. Tables were available and mostly clean. Trash can areas were in need of cleaning.
