So I came here tonight to grab some burritos and it seemed like they were SEVERELY understaffed. Lines up and down, running out of this and that. Honestly, for national burrito day it seemed like they were super underprepared, which kinda blows my mind. Whoever is in charge of scheduling shoulda done better on that I think… but regardless of my wait and the disfunction, the manager was really damn respectful and honestly very upbeat for the brutality that was happening around him. His frustrations did not come out toward the customers at all, from what I could see, and I just wanted to write this review to give him a shoutout and say that dude in the polo was killing it! Probs won’t be back if they’re running a promo again because I don’t trust they’d be staffed properly but I would happily come back during normal hours for this guys service.

They wanted to charge an extra $3.50 to add just a few more pieces of chicken on my nachos. The lady who took my order only put one scoop of chicken, which would be fair to ask for more. I’ve always asked for another scoop, if necessary, and I was always given it with no problem or charge. An extra $3.50 for some more chicken is ridiculous.

I’m not sure who these little wannabe swoll kids that work the line and the fat dude just talking in front of my face when they should be making my order. And then giving me attitude while finishing my order, this shift was at 7:49 PM on Monday, 5 February. Horrible service! All these cool kids do is talk about girls when they should be working. This establishment should be embarrassed that they have kids like this working in there. Not a good look.

Will never return to this location again! I came here last Sunday 1/28/24 to grab some queso and chips. The line was extremely long so I didn't mind. The first person asked me what I was having? I told them a bowl of queso and chips.They told me that they will get it for you at the end. So as I'm going through the line and getting closer to the register still No queso! One employee which was close to the end with nothing in their hand just looked at me and grin and spoke to the next customer after me. I got to end after seeing everyone being served and helped and waited patiently in the line, and was asked again when I got to the register, what I was having thinking ok I'm at the end but where is my queso? I paid but still no queso! I was told by the cashier that I will have to wait and they will bring it out to me personally? HUH, wait, I'm confused, I waited in this long line just like all the other customers and I still don't my order and now you're telling me that I have to wait again? Now what kind of sense does this make? The cashier saw that I was a lil pissed and irritated and said I'm sorry we're extremely busy! SMH .. I thought to myself the cashier wasn't too busy to get the queso for the customer before me as they added it on at the last minute but you made their's right away! NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service from this location! Please inform your employees that every customer should receive the same service whether it be something small or big!

Have not ate at miss for about 6 year, but back then everything was fresh good and proportioned correctly. I ordered 2 tofu salads for pickup .the containers were only 1/3 to 1/2 full. The tofu was super soggy. Did not finish my mail.

Im freaking disgusted. I ordered a bowl and the guy put less than a full spoon of meat in it. I felt like I was only eating rice, beans, and lettuce. I haven't been here in awhile but they have definitely down scaled. I payed $30 for a burrito and a bowl and water. I literally had scraps of chicken in my bowl. I would have came out better going to the Mexican restaurant down the street.They put stickers all over your bowl so they can upcharge you for everything. Very unprofessional! I didn't get my money's worth. Will not be returning. Hopefully Chipotle can do better than this smh.

I Love this place more than my first born child, absolutely phenomenal employees here who exercise nothing less than perfect practices in each of their stations. Alex is absolute class and served me the most perfectly proportioned burrito in my entire life. Alex simply had God working through his hands making this burrito which so gracefully entered my mouth. The ambiance this place gives off makes you feel like you're Prime Messi walking around Barcelona. You remember everyday you step into this Moe's because it is the only Day better than your wedding day. All the Salsa is beyond fresh and tastes like Gordon Ramsey concocted the most astounding array of Ingredients and crafted the salsa in house, I would not even be surprised if I walked in one day and every single employee has won an episode of chopped. To compliment the salsa is The fresh salty tortilla chip straight out of the fryer at 350 degrees that makes you question why you don't Walk into this restaurant every single day of your life. And to top it all off their soda fountain. I could talk about this part of the store for the rest of my waking days on earth. Every single drink option available match's perfectly with your meal. The Powerade is the nectar of the gods, The Sprite tastes like a Tibetan monk blessed It than teleported it straight from Mongolia. The Coke is straight out of 1886 from John S Pemberton's original formula, And this is only a few of the marvelous drinks offered here. This place is absolutely perfect for anybody looking to enjoy the rest of their days on this earth viewing life from a whole new perspective.

I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had no option. They messed up my whole catering order. I had a surprise party plan for my daughter- paid for it a day and a half in advance called the morning of just to reconfirm spoke to a manager Was promised it would be ready. I got there that night to pick it up and it was not ready they didn't even have the order after a manager told me it would be ready and set. Total panic mode. They Threw a bunch of crap together. Missed most everything and totally disgusted with their service and embarrassed that I had not enough food for all my guests. Do not use Moe's. They are horrible. When I called to complain, they doubted me and I had all the paperwork and photos to back it up, as well as several adults who were there and totally disappointed in Moes. Do not use Moes catering on Dallas Hwy. THEY DO NOT CARE!

The young workers are only as good as their manager. Be prepared to wait a long time. Went on Labor Day evening and there were 15 people in line. We had to wait for chicken to be chopped up. They ran out of chicken. After a few minutes the manager comes strolling out with the chicken but had to stop every three steps to pull his pants up. The customer in front of us wanted a cup of queso but they were at the bottom of the pan on that too. Same with vegetables. Manager came out with two pans of vegetables to start cooking when they were already out. Same with the queso, put two bags in hot water, but again, after they were scraping the bottom. Guy in front of us lets the manager know that this was a bit of a mess and the manager starts arguing with him?!?! Tells the customer that he can come behind the counter if he thinks he could do better. Completely unprofessional. Guy tells the manager that first thing he would do was fire him for gross incompetence. Total burn. 15 minutes later we see one of the kids bring a complimentary cup of queso to this guy. 15 minutes. They were just done eating so they left it on the table. This manager does not know how to interact with customers or manage.
