Nice, quaint ramen booth located in a food hall! Worth a shot for sure!

We had the bao Buns beef and pork. I preferred the beef ones. The pork ones had a pronounced layer of fat the needed to be removed. These were good, but I have had better at a Vietnamese place in Durham, NC.

Absolutely love the food. Amazing quality. It’s located inside the Market Place in Marietta Square. The environment is a fast pace food court.

I tried the Truffle Miso Ramen at Momoiro for $15, making a couple of substitutions: I swapped the ground chicken for tofu and the chicken broth for veggie broth. The dish came with mushrooms, scallions, sprouts, nori, truffle oil, and a seasoned egg.

The meat is not halal, but there are vegetarian options.

The flavors were good but not extraordinary. The miso base was smooth and rich, but I felt it lacked the depth I was expecting, especially with the truffle oil. The veggie broth was light and pleasant, but it didn’t have the richness I was hoping for. The tofu was a nice touch, but it could have been seasoned more to really stand out.

Overall, the ramen was enjoyable, but I’ve definitely had better. The balance of flavors was nice, but it didn’t feel as bold or decadent as I’d hoped. Still, a solid, satisfying bowl if you’re in the mood for something lighter.

Delicious ramen and cool food hall.

I probably would not recommend this place. I tried their Beef Don which was $15 and it came out to be ~$18 after a $2 tip + tax. I had a feeling the portion size was going to be small and I was correct. For $15, it was not worth it at all. The Beef Don was also subpar as well.

Ordered one of each rice ball they had on the menu to take with me (pork, chicken, spam, fried shrimp, avocado)
$4 each ($4.5 for the avocado) and convenient to take with me if I get hungry but don't want a whole meal. The flavors are fair for the price but don't expect anything extravagant since it's a quick type of comfort food. I recommend the shrimp out of all of them and see if you can get a sauce from Bulgogi that's in the same building if you feel like it needs sauce.

Abi’s greeting, our first impression set the tone for my meal. Warm and cordial, she was the perfect blend of service skills.
I ordered the Birria Ramen and it was delicious! The beef was succulent and tender.
Like grammas pot roast on a whole ‘nother level!
A great choice for dinner.

WITHOUT FLAVOR!
We ordered the Birria Ramen and I do not recommend it. It doesn't taste like anything, it looks like you're eating water with ramen and meat ?. Not worth it.

In love!! I’m so happy to have found such a DELICIOUS ramen place nearby! The Yassairamen was absolutely amazing! The veggie broth, pickled radishes and the crispy tofu were perfection! The flavors were just right and the noodle were perfect. Will most definitely make this a weekly staple! We also ordered some matcha beignets and theywere fluffy and warm. LOVED IT ALL!

The tonkatsu ramen was nowhere near what tonkatsu is, was essentially boiled pork and very fatty, the soup was also subpar, not worth 15 dollars.
